After a hard week of work, I wanted a hardy burger and a good IPA. Experience tonight was so bad that it made me download Yelp! Just to post this review. Pictures will speak for themselves. I left hungry and went to Culver's. This is NOT the place for the burger. Fry size is not a pub burger, maybe a slider? And what's with the fry rationing? Cherry tomato in pic was a sympathy offering from my 13 year old daughter. They got the booze - but I suggest you stick to the pizza and salads IF you decide to go here or you will be disappointed like me. Microwave kitchen meaning not much is "theirs" or fresh or made on-site. Avoid entrees. While place was well staffed, Service was neither warm or attentive on a Saturday at 5:00. Definitely both kitchen and front of house issues. You could see the frustration on the young staff's faces. Managers please take note: we tipped well, didn't complain but we'll think more than twice before coming back. My beer was good.

Stopped in for lunch and had the old Detroiter burger. I gotta say, the guy who made my burger did a great job! I asked for medium and the cook temp was PERFECT! Thank you Charlie!!! The fries were perfectly done as well! You might think so what, it's just burger and fries.well we have all had that disappointment before from a simple meal. You will appreciate Charlie's attention to detail!

Food was good.Service was substandard. Lots of wait people standing around talking or on their phones, but our waitress had several tables. One of our group had to ask for a refill three times, beer glasses went unfilled for many minutes.Not one of the wait staff offered to help our waitress, even tho she was rushing to serve other tables.Not one of the servers ever smiled. The vibe of the place sucked.It will be a long long time before we return.

Atmosphere 4 stars but the under new management did accept insight of the light fixtures are a beige color possibly is the sunscreens to be a beige color that would not completely look out of place. Then maybe like a vinyl beige over the emergency exit. Overall our group did pretty well and shuffled to the next table to help acknowledge grandpa being out of in the sun so helping him have a good time.Family," Pick two items for a calzone the deal of the day." Taking the over thinking out of my first time at that location.Food was good. Waitress was nice& pleasant. Someone else managed the check so I don't know the price of mine. Country music, pretty cozy atmosphere...it was a good visit.As for the Brighton,Mi grand river location: You have to enter from Latson not Grand River. The grand river service drive entrance is horrible and running away Business.Parking: Being a shared parking lot with the other plaza businesses... It is definitely not one of those building codes 4.2 spaces for every vehicle. Maybe 1.4 space per every vehicle. Not exact but rough estimate.

We came to enjoy dinner for my sins birthday about 30 minutes ago, and your host decided to sit and chat with a friend for a good 10 minutes while there were 4 families waiting in line to be sat, while she kept watching us all stand there. Then proceeded to argue with everyone if they were there for a party or not but ignoring everyone who was first when everyone clearly said "no".Once she made it back to us individual families, the male host told us 5 to 10 minutes and she told everyone likely 30 minutes with so many tables visiblt open and clean . even 30 minutes was fine her hut attitude wasn't. You lost 3 families of business due to her lack of service and very rude behavior for her having to pause her conversation to perform her job.She is the first face and voice people make their judgement off, I highly suggest a different position for this person. Hostess isn't the spot for her.I'm sure the foods great had we has a chance to be seated.

There was a manager there that never saw me before and didn't even ask me how the food was. she did ask others that were around me who was with family it was my first time there I thought she was going to ask me but she didn't.

One of the best gluten free pizzas in the area. We tried their cookie crisp for the first time and would have gladly eaten more, hooked!
All of our food was amazing! We have done take out more than a dozen times and tonight was our first night actually dining in!! We’ve never had the fries, but the house seasoning is delicious!!! We will be back soon!! ? service was also 10 out of 10! Keep up the great work!
