The staff is unpleasant. This morning Hannah walked away from me mid order. She consistently ran her hands through her hair and rubbed her face.
This has been a place we’ve gone for a long time. I do not think I will be back.
On top of the poor service. My “Start Fresh” sandwich was missing the egg. Very disappointed in the change of this place.
My family drove in from Indiana to grab some muffins to take over to family we were visiting.
Once I walked inside Big Apple Bagel I noticed flies literally ON THEIR MUFFINS - inside the muffins case!
I was greeted and asked if I needed help, I mentioned the flies and the lady said “yes we’ve been having a problem with flies because we don’t have doors on the muffin case.” (Puke)
