I just had the worst experience ever at a Big Apple Bagel. I walked in 4 minutes before closing. Before even saying a word, the first person I encountered, looked at me as she was picking up day olds and immediately said, I can't sell you anything but day olds, we have nothing else. I then looked over at the case, which was FULL of muffins, and again, before I could say a word, she said: "Those are for tomorrow." We don't have any muffins left from today. Then she grabs the day olds and says she can't sell me anything. I asked her for her managers name, and she says Kira. Before I can get the words, " Can you please spell that? She has again disappeared and is refusing to even speak to me. This is when I turned on my phone and started recording.
If the Managers name really is Kira, Ally is the type of person you want at your store. I would have gladly paid for the muffin. But she deserves praise, if not more, for how she handled herself and me. The other employee, if nothing else, needs some time to herself to understand what she did in this situation, why it was so wrong, and how she can change. Because, if she doesn't, one day she's going to upset the wrong person.
Ally- thank you so so much. Thank you for being a good person. Your kindness will take you far.

Unfortunately the speed of service has gotten really slow with new ownership. They were out of several types of bagels at 8:30am and then I had to wait over 10 minutes for a bagel with only one person in front of me. This used to be my favorite place to stop but can’t afford the time when I’m on my way to work.

Food and coffee always tastes great. Did a mobile order ahead of time for a staff meeting, and they didn't even view the order until I was there (9 mins late). I even gave them extra time. Now late for work and meeting.

2 hours after BAB had opened up, before lunchtime, they were completely Out of French toast bagels and only 1 left of Asiago Cheese bagels. Really,???!!! That's all I came in for. They're only open til 2 or 2:30pm. Like 4 or 5 hours daily. Rrrrrrr!!! Frustrating and expensive too. Very disappointed to have to settle for a dozen of the rest of the what's left.

I came into the store FAMISHED, and all I wanted was a jumbo muffin. I walk into the store and they say they have none left. Which is okay, so I order a bagel and walk over to the waiting area. Then my eyes behold an image that disgusted me to my core. AN ENTIRE RACK OF JUMBO MUFFINS!!!! I cannot believe my eyes so I walk back up, and ask again: do you have any muffins? She looked me in my eyes, and said no. NO!??!! She lied to my face that short ginger liar. As I ginger myself, I didn’t think one of my own would BETRAY be like that. I am disgusted and would like a call from corporate to sort this out. I WANT A MUFFIN!

Missing cream cheese and the coffee box they claim serves 20 cups it only served 10 I'll never go back there again overpriced and lack of customer service. Called back to manager and offered a two $5 gift cards for their mistake. Employee didn't care and copped an attitude.

I had an amazing experience at Big Apple Bagels! The bagels are incredibly fresh and perfectly chewy, with a wide variety of delicious flavors and toppings. The breakfast sandwiches are top-notch, with high-quality ingredients and generous portions. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a leisurely meal or a quick bite. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great bagels and excellent service!
This place was well needed upon finding it. The menu is easy and the food and drinks are super delicious... I had a garlic bagel, and I've never had a garlic bagel with garlic on it like this, toasted garlic chunks... I found myself dipping the soft part of my bagel, oh yeah I have the southern bagel with bacon of course! I found myself dipping the soft parts on it onto the chunks of garlic that fell onto the wrapper. I recommend this place to people to everyone, it blows the other coffee joints out the water, go back to Canada and take a couple of these places with you and infect your country with American Garlic Bagels Beeeee-achhhh!

Just left this store. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 3 with bacon. It looks like they cooked the egg and bacon together and the bacon was borderline raw. Disgusting. Couldn’t eat it. I do love BAB, but I’m disappointed in spending nearly $40 for food/drinks and bit into near raw bacon.
