Ordered a slim Jim sandwich gotten home crapped my pants. Filthy dining area. Makes you wonder way the health department doesn't shut them down. Worn out carpet dirty chairs folded piece of cardboard under table leg. What a joke. Will not be returning to that dirty restaurant. Just sad.

The service I had was terrible. The waitress I had kept complaining about how she wasn’t able to pay rent, and I don’t know about you all but I don’t like hearing people beg for extra money. If she could put the service where her mouth is I think it’d be more beneficial. I want to say her name started with an A, but I disregarded it. Food was good though! I hope someone else has a better experience but I will not be coming back.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Big Boy. The service was painfully slow and indifferent, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. It’s honestly shocking how this place is still in business with the quality (or lack thereof) they’re offering. Definitely won’t be returning. Save your time and money—go somewhere else.

I was served fish and chips the fish was falling apart and VERY greasy! I then ordered a chicken sandwich in which the chicken was like RUBBER I couldn't even chew it. The owner gave me the nastiest attitude and told me not to come back because I advised him that I could not eat the sandwich it was hard to chew. I will never come back here again first and last time!

Sunday evening, party of three. Business was slow and staffing appeared adequate so we expected good service and food. Slim Jim and hot fudge sundae cake were great! However, one member of our party found a 2” piece of plastic wrapper on her plate. French fries were undercooked and not crispy. Burger was undercooked with old(not fresh) onions. Bob’s Spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy and did not have the sauce shown on the menu. And we were never offered drink refills even though our glasses were empty for about 15 minutes. However, it did appear that restaurant staff were having fun with each other, so morale is probably good….

Very sad that the microwave steamed portion of veggies is bigger than the $13 piece of chicken itself... I really expected something more than half of a piece of chicken with my meal. Can you at least serve the whole piece??

This was my first visit. The Staff was very nice. They knew and called most of their regular Customers by their first name. Environment was pleasant.
However, my breakfast burrito was not that good. The Tortilla tasted funny, the scrambled eggs tasted undercooked and the hashbrowns was not cooked enough. (I like my Hashbrowns to have a little crunch to it.)
I don't think I will return to "Bob Restaurant" even though the staff was pleasant it's important for the food taste good and I was not pleased with what I ordered. ?

Bella makes delicious hot fudge ice cream cake ? The best slim since I was a kid.
Went to breakfast here with my son and his family, who live in Grand Blanc. I was really impressed! Just down home goodness, which is missing in a lot of restaurants these days! The food was excellent!

This was a pleasant place. Not my favorite but would say to stop if you are in the area. The staff was friendly and service was quick. My guy states there was no seasoning or not enough on the items he had.
