I came in here today and honestly am so pleased with the experience. I’ve loved big john’s but the smiley faces and the help of me not having my glasses (sorry ladies!😂) was amazing. They were so sweet! My fav location
A little tast of flint without the extra 15 minute drive. I travel for a living, and big john's is one of the first meals o go out for when i get back to michigan (right up there with chicken shack, and a koegel's).
In town for my Grammas funeral. In customer service you never know what people are going through. We walked in here 10 minutes before closing and we were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly, polite and professional. Our order was prepared quickly, hot and fresh. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!! Food was delicious but the service is what stood out. Thank you!!
