My first time coming to this restaurant! I ask be fore ordering if I can customize my bowl as I have picky eater! He said yes one of my bowls was wrong he fixed it i even offered to pay! But I didn't like his attitude he threw the bowl . Will never return just because of customer service !

It was a pleasure to visit a new restaurant in the area. It was easy to find on Google maps. I called ahead to place my order. I had a bowl and also a BBQ chicken wrap . It was ready upon my arrival. I was pleasantly greeted when I picked up my order. The place was clean and you could see open grilling by the cooks. The food had great flavor but was a little dry. And kinda pricey. Otherwise I'd give my experience 5 stars across the board. I'm looking forward to another visit in the future. That's when I'll try the loaded brisket fries.

Omg so delicious! Wanted to try something different and let’s just say I am happy I did

I’m a big fan of big moes out of Detroit and canton so I’m sure you could imagine my excitement when I seen there was a big moes in grand blanc. Unfortunately this place has some of the most rude staff I’ve seen at a big moes, constant side eyes when people walk in the door, no greetings and as somebody that speaks Arabic it is unfortunate to hear the employees saying not some of the best things about guests. The food is classic big moes so if you want to eat here u recommend ordering ahead of time. Also the young man that works up front looks like he hates his job and I can’t blame him, they don’t seem to treat him with the most respect either lol

Food was excellent. The story restaurant is in a strip mall and it's got glass windows all the way across the front. Don't plan to eat there in the winter. We were freezing. Otherwise I'd come back anytime and do carryout.

Food is great but customer service could be better, I’ve placed orders online through Grubhub just for my order to be canceled 3 different times. When I called to receive an answer on the issue, caller would immediately place the call on hold and hang up or remain silent until I would hang up. Once again great food but customer service could communicate that an app doesn’t work yet they’re advertising on the app that it works.

STAY AWAY!!!! This is the second time I have ordered from there and had issues with 0% help from staff working! The first time we had an issue with them cancelling our online order and refusing to refund us. Now we have ordered from doordash and they did not send half of our food. I reached out to them to try to handle it with the people working to see if I was able to drive up and pick up what was missing and the man working told me there was nothing he could do as he wouldn’t even make it for me to drive up there! However, the first man I spoke with when I called up stated my bowl was sitting next to him and not packed!!! Both times I have had an issue someone has yelled at either me or my boyfriend telling us there is nothing they can do.

Brisket fries and chicken egg rolls are so flavorful and tender. We dipped both in the avocado mayo and bam bam sauce. My chipotle shwarma wrap was eh. It was dry. I’d still recommend this place and order again.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The service is always good too! I highly recommend getting takeout from here ?
