We had a pickup order one drink was supposed to have extra ice, it barely had any at all. The drink itself tasted like an ashtray, which from my understanding only happens when the espresso machines aren’t cleaned properly. I’d steer clear of this location.

First time at the location got an unsweetened iced tea with lemon and chai tea.
The ice tea was so bitter it tasted burnt. The Chai tea was not mixed well and tasted like straight chai flavoring.
Did notice two separate cups for tips. First of all tips for what ?? Doing their job? Tips are for wait staff, valets, bellhops, and other people who do an actual service for you.
Everyone today expects to be “tipped” for doing what they get paid to do. Maybe if they took the time to get orders right, so that customers actually return and spend more money, the owners of places would give bonuses from increased profits.
It wasn’t busy so not sure why both drinks were so bad. There were even 4 or 5 people working.
Recommend driving to Starbucks or Tim Hortons.

I absolutely love this Biggby location!! From Brooklyn, Ashlee, Violet, a young man who i cant rember his name and the manager Trevor. Everyone is always so nice and kind. Absolutely love the cold brew that Ashlee & Brooklyn recommended to me, and My Girls Love they're chocolate magic milk! highly recommend this place and the employees 👌 👏 appreciate yall!

Im on the road. I expect a bagel to come with the cream cheese already on it. A little tiny dollop of cream cheese in a container and no knife in the bag.
Couldnt eat my bagel.
Wifes coffee wasnt fully mixed and was short the expresso shot.
Sad day.

Ordered a doordash at 5:24 on 10/17. It was cancelled immediately. I’ve heard of this happening at the location so I reordered it immediately and it went through. It was a single drink I didn’t know it would be this much of a big deal. I also hope my drink isn’t messed up/messed with seeming they didn’t want to make it to begin with.

Unfortunately you are wrong. I went to this location a few weeks before this review and I was still charged this high amount therefore it is not due to “a recent change”. As well as I went to a different location the day before and was charged the correct amount. I also went to a location today and was charged the correct amount as well. This location does in fact over charge my order every-time. As I said above will never be back to this location.

My late tastes like black coffee and had to be remade. All the hot drinks they sold had no lids or sleeves. Store wasn’t even busy.
Biggby does a great job at providing amazing service & they have an awesome variety of food & drinks. I am hooked on their maple waffle sandwich & love pairing it with an iced mocha mocha.

This is the best Biggby. When I go into the store the employees and management are always friendly and greet you with a smile. They always get my order on the counter as fast as they can. My coffee is always perfect. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for coffee or bagels.
