This is the best Biggby. When I go into the store the employees and management are always friendly and greet you with a smile. They always get my order on the counter as fast as they can. My coffee is always perfect. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for coffee or bagels.

The manager Monday afternoon was very rude? Every time I talk to her or visit while she's there she's always very miffed for some reason. Definitely not a service with a smile, and get in get out kind of person.

Came in later than I usually like to but the baristas were super friendly and made our drinks wonderfully. Thanks a bunch! We will be back soon!

I tried to order a drink twice here today and received the wrong drink both times. First it was a hot drink when I ordered an iced drink with sweetfoam. I got a refund and tried to order it again, and this time received a different iced drink with no sweetfoam. Coffee is wayyyy too expensive for this.
Review solely based on customer service, no issues with the coffee.
After placing my order and waiting at a table for a few minutes, I went up to the counter to look if my drink was ready (they were busy so I knew it would take a few minutes) and I saw one that looked like mine so I was reading the ticket to check, the woman who I’m assuming was the shift lead, said “are you here for a mobile order” and I replied no, she then rudely said “then what are you here for” and I said oh I just ordered over there, she then said with a harsh tone “okay well it’s gonna be a minute”
I ordered 2 coffee and got 2 coffees and some rude attitude!
This was morning of 8/23/25 for whatever manager is reading this, this lady clearly was overwhelmed and taking it out on customers.

Decent service but they never ask if you have a rewards card so half the time I don’t use mine. The atmosphere sucks but it’s a corporate coffee shop so who’s surprised there?

I visited this location around 9 a.m. 5/15/25. I run an office myself so I want to be very clear to leadership what employees I am speaking of. I ordered two frozen Caramel Marvels. After waiting for some time (everyone behind me had left), no one called out my order, so I went to check on it. I saw two large hot coffees sitting on the counter. When I asked if these were supposed to be the frozen drinks I ordered, a younger female employee with short dark hair responded with a flat “yup,” without making eye contact or acknowledging the mistake. I explained that I had ordered the drinks frozen, but she offered no response and walked away.
A few minutes later, another employee with dark hair and glasses called out to me from across the counter, saying there was an upcharge for frozen drinks and that I needed to pay. Her tone was noticeably irritated and abrupt. I approached the counter and asked if there was a problem, as I had clearly ordered frozen drinks from the beginning and she had an attitude. She curtly responded that they were busy and said she “wasn’t a fan of my attitude either” a response that frankly shocked me.
I fully understand that busy mornings can be stressful, and mistakes happen—that’s not the issue. What was disappointing was the dismissive and unprofessional attitude from multiple staff members. A simple acknowledgment of the error and a polite resolution would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with defensiveness and poor customer service.
Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
Chloe was a fantastic barista. Very friendly and accommodating. Looks like the staff here are a real asset to this branch.

Parking: The staff was nice and accommodating. They held my rm when I got stranded in Vegas for a night.
Wheelchair accessibility: I had a nice accessible room. The bathroom with a roll in shower was a great size with nice water pressure and it was nice a hot.
