Came in and ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and zip. Was told you add your own stuff it's at the end of the corner. Really? Not too mention you all can't even put the lids on your customers drinks.

Typically this location kills it with customer service and drinks. However, today the 3 employees argued with each other over who (if at all) put flavor in my nutty buddy. Guess what, no flavor! Luckily I like a plain latte! They offered to add it after, no thanks. Where is the old crew??? I get it, first world problems, but we were the only customers and only had 2 drinks.
Me and my wife tried to go in today and the door where locked at 2:30 pm. The male employee just looked at us trying to get in and didn't do anything. Last weekend two of the employees where screaming at each other.

I ordered a iced teddy bear with a extra shot. I watched her pull already made coffee out min fridge and make my coffee. I feel as they are stealing from me as I'm not getting what i paid for plus i gave a tip! It's sad that people do this to a loyal customer!! I won't be coming here no more!
