Went here on the 19th, spent 86.16 including tip and was charged correctly, randomly got refunded the amount and then charged double the amount after that. Confused on why I got refunded and overdrafted on my account days after my visit. Ridiculous.

So originally my bf ordered online and used a gift card we had..well when I went to the store to pick up, they never received my order. I had a picture of the amount and saying it was paid for....well after I talked to a couple different managers, we got it figured out. I really appreciate the manager that helped me, and came up with the solution, great customer service! The food was really good too, my favorite being their pretzels, and then the jammin' jalapeno wings!

Omg had so much fun the staff is amazing n the food was amazing but I gotta give it to the staff particularly Hope. She was on top of it tn she was constantly making sure everyone had what they need and if everything is good and she was really fun to chat with. She's vary good in social environments not to mention hope was managing a couple other tables on top of our 8 ppl group and she ate her job up she's honestly deserves a promotion with the hard work she displayed today

If i could give zero stars I would. Ordered carryout around 3pm. Wings were cold dried out~~couldn't even bite into them. I'm assuming they were sitting under a heat lamp since lunch rush. Don't waste your time or money here.

We had a great dinner, food was great and our server was friendly. But what really earned this review was what happened after our visit. My son had his favorite toy at dinner and the next morning realized that he left it at the restaurant and was devastated. I posted on a community page to see if anyone may have seen it and the general manager reached out to me. We were not able to find it, but he went above and beyond for my boy. He checked cameras, the parking lot and rallied his team. He even went as far as to buy my son a new one! Even though there was no proof that it was even left at the restaurant. Absolutely unexpected and so appreciated!

Went there at 3:00 and ordered 10 wings onion rings we're very good wings were cold and dried out left over from 12:00 lunch two pieces celery very green and stringy carrots had white over them not cool you know they're old looking like that I guess a new Chef because it's usually better than that I'll try one or two more times hopefully better experience

Order traditional wings and almost every bone was broken. Quality of wings at this location are usually great but tonight they was the worst I've ever had anywhere. Seemed to be a different brand than the usual. The Asian zing cauliflower wings were great tho!
