I doordashed and they did not make my food properly. I called because it's not the dashers fault and the lady on the phone told me to bring my food in to prove it it's my bday and I don't want to go out right now and she said there is nothing she can do.

Tried to order the whopper on the app promo and it wouldn't charge my card kept saying error and bouncing my card, it finally charged an hour later after leaving. Came back next day 0 hassles on refunds or getting the sandwich. Amy manager I'm assuming helped out a lot I appreciate it, all staff was very nice and store was clean. Sandwich was on point as well would definitely recommend this location.

So I have been coming to this location for a while now and in my two recent orders what they have given me is a cup full of ice, I do mobile orders so I just realized when I get home and start drinking. I am PAYING $2.79 plus taxes for a freaking cup of Ice whit a little bit of drink. You guys better fix this.

Used a coupon for a free fry with a purchase of $1 or more, got home (after thinking I had everything because I had another fry that I could see sitting on top) and didn’t get it. Also had only 3 out of a 4 piece nugget.
Order was served cold, when I ordered it to be cooked fresh. 2 employees were rude. Food got remade by a manager. They just didn't know I've worked there before

We stopped in for breakfast on Sunday. We were having kind of an "off day" where we didn't make it to church on time, instead just deciding to find a place to eat. We were greeted by our cheerful cashier Alex. We used our Burger King app and ordering was very easy. Our son loves BK and had such a great time in the play place. It was his first time in a play place restaurant. The environment was clean and comfortable. Alex came over to tell us we left our car door open. That was very nice of him! He gave our son a high five and a burger king crown. We were very thankful for his kindness and attentiveness. He made an impact on making our day a better one!
