Waited almost ten minutes in a two car drive thru line. Had to wait because i couldn't cancel my order. Told that they were short staffed, a common problem at this location. This is my last choice for fast food in Grand Blanc.

Best Impossible Whopper I've EVER Had!
I travel a lot and Impossible Whoppers are my go-to meal on the road, so I've had them from a lot of different Burger Kings - but this location absolutely blew me away. The Impossible Whopper here was hands-down the best I've every tasted. I was so impressed I ended up eating there three times during my short trip, and every single time it was perfect!
Fresh, hot, perfectly made, and CONSISTENT. THIS CREW KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, I got a Impossible from ALL SHIFTS. Definitely earned a new loyal customer - I'll be stopping here every time I'm in the area.

Just had a mobile order from there couldn’t even eat it. Specifically said no mayo on my burger. Looked like mayo was on it and they tried to clean it off but you could still see little blobs of it on there. Very disappointed
Just went through the drive through to get food for the wife and I. It was incredibly busy because it was Friday. Shellie was working the window and was amazing. Even though it was super busy she was happy and very friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. The female manager with dark hair is completely unprofessional. She refused to make my order for door dash. I am a dasher. I watched her make orders for ppl that came in way after me. In no way should she be working here but definitely shouldn’t be a manager. I can’t even describe how bitchy she was. Because I asked how long it was gonna take, she made me wait even longer. If she’s working, turn around and leave. Absolutely ridiculous.
