chicken was hot, fresh and crispy. potatoes were crispy on the outside, soft inside. So, so good! Gentleman taking our order was super kind and helpful.

Best place to ever eat the food was amazing best buttered potatoes ive ever had And the chicken bites was amazing. The service was the best and the stubby brown girl🐖🦛 taking my order was amazing definitely recommended this location.

I TRIED THIS CHICKEN SHACK FOR THE FIRST TIME WEDNESDAY IT WAS GOOD BUT TOO GREASY I HAD TO DRAIN SOME OF THE GREASES FROM MY CHICKEN AND POTATOES AND I DIDN'T CARE FOR THE COLESLAW.

Jeremy was AWESOME! Place was swamped and he made sure everyone order was updated in a personal and professional way. Felt bad cuz AC just had quit and it was exceptional HOT in the resturant BUT it sure smelled great!

First time here and both the food and the service was outstanding. The workers were very friendly. The food itself was good, the breading on the chicken was like no other that I have had and it was great. Their sauce selections felt like there was something for everyone to like, most of their sauces are their own. Overall, the food and service was great 10/10 would recommend.

Had the 5 piece tender meal, with sweet chili sauce and the shack potatoes, which were amazing!!!! Juicy chicken with an awesome crunch, so good it made my mouth hurt :')

The employees were very friendly! We were quickly greeted and given our food as we did an online order. We chose to eat inside because it was very clean. The food was very fresh and hot and delicious. We both got the chicken sandwich with fries or potatoes. The chicken was so juicy and delicious.

Great service and a much closer drive for me. Shack potatoes are a must order.

Crazy overpriced food. $2.00 for bbq sauce?! Absolutely not. We will never be back.

So I normally don't do reviews... But in this case I have to.... if I get food poisoning it is because I ate here... my boyfriend and I decided to try it out for the first time tonight so we were new to the place and didn't know what to expect... We got our food. Which didn't take that long. Here is the thing ALL our food literally was straight out of the refrigerator. I seriously had to ask them if we have to ask for hot or cold food when we order. He said EVERYTHING should have been hot.. it wasn't the case at all.. Than instead of giving us a refund he wanted to make us more!!! HA! that is joke... like I want anymore of your food buddy. I seriously told him... let me see if I get food poisoning before I eat this crap again. Trust me. I will update this review if I don't feel good tomorrow.

Well it happened my boyfriend has food poisoning from eating here.... don't eat here. Crap food!

I had a great experience from moment I walked in. I was welcomed by Natalia, she was pleasant and friendly. I ordered onion rings and a large drink. They were good amount in size and the ice is approved lol (I’m ice eater lol) . I definitely will be back 😉

My husband and I tried this place for the first time this past Monday and after some of my co-workers highly rated their potatoes, we decided to try them and some chicken legs and wings. Sadly, there was no seasoning. I was not impressed with the potatoes at all. In fact, I had to add my own seasoning when I got home and the chicken on its own was just fried chicken. No flavoring whatsoever and they also forgot to throw in the barbecue sauce that I asked fo,r but good chicken shouldn't need sauce.
