So, the shack potatoes were amazing! The fries were pretty good, nothing special, but not bad. The chicken was a little dried out. The worst part was the flounder fish sandwich. The piece of fish was so flat that by the time they battered it there was barely any fish inside, The bun they put it on was sad, like someone took fresh baked buns, and stepped on them, and then served it to you. We had them cater my daughters wedding reception this past Friday. It was outstanding! ALL the food was perfect. Chicken was juicy and tender, green beans like fresh…potatoes delicious! Zachary made sure everything was done at the highest level. Very reasonable priced but better food than many wedding I’ve been to. Guests were commenting on how delicious the food was. Thank you so much Zachary!!! I would not hesitate to use them again.
