Used to LOVE Chipotle and used to go 1-2 x a month, but haven't been able to for months ...placed an online order and it was ready when promised. Got back home and thought the veggie burrito was much smaller than it used to be...and that's ok, but ugh...the taste was OK. My friend had the burrito bowl and it was mostly rice with a few beans. A good amount of cheese on top of the lettuce?? Seems like the cheese should be next to the warm mixture, not the lettuce. Anyways...I won't be going back. Even sold my stock that's been losing money, anyways. Just not as good as it used to be. 😐

The only thing great about this place was the customer service. The poor guy was left alone at the counter to do everything. He kept apologizing. Even though people kept walking by him but not helping him. They were more worried about the online orders than the line forming inside. The guy did amazing though, he never got upset or seemed stressed. Great job.

Love the Chipotle in Grand Blanc. The one in Flint is not as good.

The female cashier working around 11:45am today (Nov 11) was very unfriendly and seemed frustrated while ringing up our order. She kept sighing loudly, groaning, and hitting the register aggressively, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. All of the other workers were pleasant as always. But would recommend this cashier be reassigned to mobile orders or the kitchen where she doesn’t have to interact with customers.

I drove 33 mins to this chipotle and I’m very thankful I did! Walking in I wasn’t greeted but I don’t mind that. The young gentleman who worked the front on 10-11-25 around 5:30pm was so nice. Then the young lady was nice as well! I’m happy with my experience!

This is the best Chipotle burrito I’ve had in years!! Every ingredient is well portioned and perfectly assembled. The staff was very attentive to cleaning the lobby and restrooms during my visit, which is always great to see. This location does it right, and I’ll be back when I’m in the area again.

Only came to this location cuz I was on this side of town. I'm disabled I can not walk. I use a chair I have to pull in and out alone. The manager or whoever answered the phone was rude to me and I won't be back to this location
