Used to LOVE Chipotle and used to go 1-2 x a month, but haven't been able to for months ...placed an online order and it was ready when promised. Got back home and thought the veggie burrito was much smaller than it used to be...and that's ok, but ugh...the taste was OK. My friend had the burrito bowl and it was mostly rice with a few beans. The only thing great about this place was the customer service. The poor guy was left alone at the counter to do everything. He kept apologizing. Even though people kept walking by him but not helping him. They were more worried about the online orders than the line forming inside. The guy did amazing though, he never got upset or seemed stressed. Great job.
