Cottage Inn Pizza Grand Blanc

The food was ok. We ate it but it was nothing to brag about. Our light sauce pizza was loaded with sauce. The hot honey pizza was basically crust, chicken & cheese with a small sprinkle of the hot honey on 3-4 of the peices. This was probably our last time coming to cottage inn

Every time I go to this location I wait quite awhile to be helped, but recently we ordered a large pizza with peppers and olives but they also added bacon to the pizza. My coworker can't eat bacon due to his religious beliefs, and we were told that the number would be credited a free pizza due to this mistake. However when we called, there was no pizza credited to the account and the manager was very rude in helping get the issue resolved. Do not expect good service or the correct orders from this location!

Paid $70 for an order for it to be missing an order of breadsticks and the crust wasn’t flavored like I asked for it to be. After arguing with me about it being flavored or not the manager finally responded with, “well the flavorings free anyways so it shouldn’t matter”. Then was told my breadstick order “fell out” in the drivers car. Probably the worst pizza place I’ve ordered from and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I am not much of a pizza lover; however, this place does not disappoint. I love their specialty pizzas and garlic, cheesy bread. The staff is always very kind on the phone when you call to order. Food is hot when you pick it up. Excellent prices because they mail you coupons.

This is the second time my pizza came like this. I'm on the road and I ordered my pregnant wife and daughter pizza and it looks like they transported it on its side. It was completely ruined.

I had Cottage Inn a few years ago and wasn't impressed. However, I decided to give it a try and boy was it GOOD! This location is always on point, friendly, and prompt. Definitely at the top of my list for a chain pizza spot!

Showed up at the time they said the food would be ready and they said they needed 40 more minutes, for 2 pizzas. After saying they'd be ready at a specific time and then drive just to be told to sit for another 40 minutes. This place is the worst.

We were getting their pizza a couple times a week because it was some of the best pizza around and fairly priced. However, we must have gotten a newer employee taking our order about a month ago which is fine but they did not correctly apply the deal to our order. He seemed very uninterested in making sure our order and pricing was correct. When we went to pick it up a nice worker tried their best to get it right but the order was wrong and the pricing was still off. We thought we’d give it another try tonight and seemed to get another new employee that didn’t ring up the deal correctly and didn’t confirm the phone # even when I said the name it should be under. I called back after my wife informed me of the correct price and spoke with a guy who confirmed she had it under the wrong #. I tried to get the price corrected and he didn’t want to listen to any of my questions about taking a topping off and was just smart and rude. I ended up cancelling the entire order. Too bad because the pizza is great!

How hard is it to make a pizza and pizza related food? It must be a lot harder than in the 80’s when I worked at Little Caesars and everyone got 2 pizzas. Complete working chaos back then. It must have gotten a lot harder now to make 1 pizza. Of course me and my friend were pretty stoned back then. Maybe that was our advantage?? Maybe it was that we actually cared about what a person was going to put in their body for nourishment?? Maybe it was we would be fired for substandard performance ?? Not sure.. And can’t really remember messing up an order. Go figure?!? This cottage inn… won’t say all of them..that wouldn’t be fair.. SUCKS. I think it is their policy of “ we really don’t care about the customer service” that does them dirty. The guy actually said to me ( when I complained about a bad order) that “not everyone’s kid is a star” … he must be the leader. We won’t be back.. and I don’t even want them to reply to this and say “hey here is our number let us make this right”. They should consider something better than what they have because they are failing miserably. Good bye cottage inn grand Blanc… we will hope the best for you when we drive by…
