Waiting for basic order (burger & sometimes fry) takes almost 15 mins in drive thru. Every single time.This is the only Culver’s I have been to that is so slow.No matter if 11am or 4 pm.And the people that bring out the orders couldn’t walk slower if they tried.

You guys need to train your employees on how to take orders. Drive thru order was all wrong and dude inside tries to convince me it's right then cant comprehend my pretty basic order and I had to repeat myself 5 plus times and was still wrong. Then he had to make a comment aloud to the crew about me not knowing how to order! completely rude. Not to mention you accepted food over the counter that I touched to apply mayo to fix it is so gross and totally against food safety.

My friend Brian and I both had the walleye sandwich combo. They were disgusting. They were greasy and had no fish in it hardly at all. I do not recommend anyone Order this meal. Twenty five dollars. Definitely not worth it.

I was greeted promptly upon entering. I described what I wanted as I looked at the large menu to find it , and before I could, the server had my options available for me . I got the cod sandwich basket. The food was brought out quickly and piping hot.

The drive through experience was bad. Ordered the food and pulled forward to wait for it. After 10 minutes, an order was brought to me. I checked the bag while the person delivering it waited. It was missing 2/3 of the items. She went back in and about 10 minutes later, she returned with a few more items. I waited another 10 minutes and she returned with the remaining missing items. 30 minutes for the convenience of a drive-through, but after my 7-minute drive home, everything was cold.

Even though our Walleye order took more time and was barely warm to be fair the restaurant tremendously busy.So this was a rare disappointment meal time I still rate Culver's head and shoulders above other fast food and other restaurants .
