I’ve seen the low reviews for this place and I have to say those were not part of my experience at all. My expectations were thoroughly met. When I went in, the staff was cleaning and immediately became attentive to me. I only ordered a medium cotton candy blizzard, but I ordered extra crunchies and they exceeded my expectations. It was made very quick and the staff was very nice to me so I will definitely be coming back here again.

Unfortunately there is always mishaps on our orders. Staff seems to not be trained enough and it’s very disappointing. We want them to do well but always seems to fall short.

Ever since this place got new owners it’s been awful!! Customers service here is also awful! My family will now be taking the 10mins to go to Holly's Dq or just swing by ziggys

By far the worst dairy queen experience ever. Paid with my debit card and the young guy and girl working kept my card walked off to the side giggling made me feel the need to lock my debit card as it took a long time for it to be returned to me. Also I ordered a carmal moo latte and there was no Carmel mostly vanilla ice cream and no carmel on top like in the picture on website. Also ordered a banana split, worst made ever all toppings were mixed together instead of separate. But by far the worst experience handing over my debit card to young immature people who felt the need to keep my card a long time walk away from the windows and the female walked over to watch us in drive thru giggling while the young boy had my card. Won't ever return to this establishment and I recommend others to be very careful when you hand over your debit cards.

They had a sign saying they were closed due to ac being out but there are workers still working inside,they should get that fixed :(

Went through drive through at 7:13pm on Saturday, May 31st and could not get service. There were people working and nobody in line or lobby. TERRIBLE! If you don't want to work, close the store!!!!! Will not be back to this location again!

STAY AWAY I would leave a 0 star review if it would let me, we went to get ice cream and it was absolute chaos there seemed to be nobody in charge the workers were cussing each other out yelling and screaming and fighting over tips stomping around pouting like little babies they were very rude and super unprofessional I had to ask to even pay for my order our ice cream was melted and nobody washed their hands not one single time while we were watching them make peoples ice cream grabbing ingredients with their bare hands after touching door knobs nobody said sorry for the experience it seems like this is a regular occurrence and it’s absolutely embarrassing a place can be ran like that
I ordered a Strawberry Cheese cake ice cream with extra Strawberries and got frozen strawberry ice with no cheesecake. Second time I ordered a Hot fudge Sundae with extra hot fudge and paid .59 extra and got home to find barely any hot fudge. This time I called and left message and never received a call back from them either. Hill Rd and Porter. Horrible service. At least call back.

Honestly, not worth the money at this location. Went there today, ordered a Oreo blizzard with fudge topping, paid $8 for it, got some soft serve vanilla with maybe two pieces of Oreo. Literally, had to find them in the ice cream I thought it was a joke. So yeah, never again.

Went there today and ordered 2 small blizzards. One of the blizzards I ordered was a strawberry cheesecake blizzard that totally didn’t have anything to do with cheesecake.. it was vanilla ice cream with specs of chocolate and strawberry added… it didn’t not even have cheese cake flavor what’s so ever. I called and the lady made an excuse regarding my order saying you have to be specific when clearly I read it off of the menu. Won’t be visiting this place if I am not going to get what I order. A waste of time and money.

The two stars is solely because the ice cream is still good, though service is very slow. Does not appear to be any management on most days and just young kids who prefer to be on their cellphones and socializing instead of tending to customer service. Today especially we waited for almost 10 minutes for our order, and continued to watch the workers socializing and on their cellphones the whole time. The young female that finally got us our order, apologized and stated "everyone got distracted and stopped making blizzards." Than realized our order was wrong.... Need better oversight and management here.

Ordered three blizzards, all three were thin as soup; tall boy who made them pouted about having to make them; he needs to wear a hat or hairnet. The girl working the front counter and window deserves a raise, the mean girl energy from the other two girls was ridiculous. Shout out to the guy with braids, he didn't have anything to do with my order, but he was definitely putting in more effort than the rest.
