To Whom It May Concern:I was in your donut shop at about 2pm on 3/29/2024. There were a few gentlemen at some back tables talking and one woman that entered before me. The young lady that was waiting was not personable, with no smile or a thank you for coming. While I was waiting to place my order, another gentleman came in behind me and a young family after him. Upon seeing the gentleman and young family, your cashier said “what the F” under her breath but loud enough to be heard. Clearly she was upset at the amount of customers that she would have to take care of. After the lady in front of me left and it was my turn, I started making my selections. The young lady was sighing and making sounds of exasperation with every choice. Another customer entered at this time and she muttered a few other angry phrases, clearly upset at the amount of work she had to do. There was never a greeting or smile for anyone, just a very obvious attitude at the work to be done.I love your donuts and your small shop. I usually love everyone that waits on you there, because they are happy you are there and happy to help you. I work in customer service, so I am aware of how trying people can be at times, but everyone in that shop was patient and waiting their turns except for your employee. She was visibly upset that she had customers and made no attempt to be pleasant. Didn't know we still had a Dawn Donuts left in Michigan. The donuts were as good as I remember, (the absolute best). The young lady at the counter was super friendly and patient. Only thing I didn't like was the $20/dozen price.
This place continues to be my life long favorite donut shop. Was recently in Grand Blanc for a visit with friends and was lucky enough to enough to be able to grab half a dozen donuts. I wish I could have gotten more but my doctor doesn't like me eating any. Moderation, am I right? Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly and polite staff. We explained we were all former Regular Customers, but no longer live in the area. They even knew the friends from both Florida and from Massachusetts wouldn't typically find the nutty donut, while we grew up with them in our arsenal. They had a great selection and all were fresh that day, some were actually just recently put in the case fresh. I chose a lemon, Bismarck, a cinnamon roll with maple frosting and nuts on top, two of the glazed donuts, one mixed fruit fritter, and a nutty donut. About 1/4 way home, I inhaled the Bismarck and my only regret is not getting a dozen donuts. That donut was still warm and was better than anything bought from a national chain, and you know who those are. The store is clean and kind of nostalgic. They had a display of vintage looking coffee cups but we were not sure if they were for sale or used for art.

I was told they have Paczki's! They were doughnuts with No filling in them! $54! For 2 Dozen!VERY Disappointed! Ok...RIPPED OFF!
Haven't had a good donut in awhile. Stopped here with my wife. We each got 2 donuts. They were absolutely amazing. I would recommend stopping here anytime you can.

This place is awesome they have that old school donut shop look that reminds me of being a little kid. The yeast donuts were super light and fluffy like eating a cloud and the cherry cake donut was moist and delicious. Got four donuts for like $7 so the prices are even good!
