The two of us got food poisoning from the steak and shrimp fajitas...we were sick for days

I travel across florida, louisiana, new york, and texas for a living year round with thematic events. For the months i am away, i look forward to returning to michigan, and el potrero. I've been going since they had a location in holly (back in..2012? Mebbee earlier). Excellent food at exellent prices every time.

Great food and service! I know all restaurants have a few flies, but the key..I e heard is a plastic bag with a copy pennies in it. I recommend this to all restaurants, but again! Food and service AMAZING! I HAD THE FAJITAS!!!

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. The prices are fair, drinks are strong and food is very good. The staff is very friendly and very a attentive.

If i could give zero stars, I would!!! We had ordered a meal with chicken as a carryout. When we got home the chicken was extremely dry. We asked for a refund, but the only way we would get a refund was to bring the food back to them. They did offer to remake it but the last time we had gotten a meal with chicken it was dried as well, and when we ordered the carryout, we mentioned to them the chicken was dry and to please make sure it was not. They did offer to add broth on the side. I asked if they could make it not dry. They said they could do that and the call ended. When we called back, the lady was extremely rude and said they order their food come to already precooked. We were not told that when we ordered it. If we would have known that we would have gotten something else because reheated chicken usually dries out. During this 2nd call, the lady at the restaurant had a chip on her shoulder. We hung up and went back up to the restaurant to return the food with one bite out of it, she refused to give us the refund after she already said they would and threaten to call the police. We have been coming here for years and have NEVER been treated like this (first treated so poorly and 2nd lying to us). We will never come back to this restaurant. Their food (including the chicken) use to be so good as well as their service!!

Tacos were stale, tomalley wasn’t cooked all the way and nachos were floating in water . Came and was sick rest of the night. Spent $45 on glorified chicken food. Don’t waste your time or money

The wife and I ate dinner, and we ordered the cheese dip for appetizer, the burrito Gigante, and the chicken chimichangas. Everything was very delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

I say this with a heavy heart that we will no longer to returning to this establishment again. You can expect to be mistreated, ignored, insulted, served cold food even with an empty restaurant, and have a quick date turn into 2 hours of wait time. My family and I have been coming here for the past 4 years, have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here and have made many friends with the waitresses. We can now see why none of them are there anymore, good thing we have kept in touch. You would not believe the horrors of this facility. This place treats their staff the same way they treat their loyal customers. Zero respect. I had wanted to bring up my concerns to the management while I was in the sinking facility on this last visit, but the unhygienic waiter ignored me on multiple occasions, walking away when I was talking to him to, ignoring my husband when we tried to flag him down after a 30 min wait. I have since reached out to the owner on Facebook and he has belittled me saying I just want compensation, when I wanted to be heard and felt some respect after we have supported this cruel establishment for far too long. You can tell they treat their staff, their customers, and food the exact same way.. terrible.

Update.. I reached out to them on Facebook and all they asked was who my waiter was. They did not try to resolve anything and told me they understood why I’m no longer a customer here. This place is horrible and I feel very hurt as a long time customer of this establishment to be treated this way. They did not want to resolve anything at all.I am so upset! This has always been our go to bi weekly/monthly Mexican restaurant for the past 4 years. We have spent thousands here. Today was the last time for that. We were in there almost two hours. Every single thing went wrong. Everytime we tried to talk to the waiter he wasn’t there and he would literally see us wave him down and he’d ignore us, we waited for him at one point for 20+ minutes. I’m pissed. I thank every waitress that we have had in the past that made our experiences there a delight. Shout out to the cooks that told our waiter that he was pissed to make our food and you could tell too. 0/10
