Arriving and seeing the staff made me sick! Seeing the person who serves you with that beard and unwashed hair is disgusting.

Well made subs with good prices.

Overpriced under delivered I will never be returning to the Grand Blanc store again maybe it's different elsewhere but this is my second time ordering an expensive sandwich with hardly any meat on it that's all I have to say

Oblivious staff. There were three people behind the counter. Two on their phones and I had to wait for them to acknowledge me, and the one that did wasn't very friendly

I must say I have been to quite a few of these restaurants and the staff here alone is worth coming let alone how good the food is. And to top it off theres a gentleman by the name of Andrew and he went above and beyond with helping us so that's off to the Grand Blanc location you have to come.

First time trying and let’s just say it will be our last. Soup had no potatoes and the crackers given definitely were stale. Pop machine had flies all over it and pop was just syrup. I get it’s warm but have to do better on the cleaning of the work space. Sad our subs were not what we expected.

Ordered the small Italian sub and the small smokehouse brisket sub combos. Our subs were not even 4 inches long and it took almost 30 minutes to get them despite us being the only customers in the shop. Everybody that came in after us got their food before we did. No greeting upon entry or leaving, cashier was so soft spoken we could barely hear her, the back entry door did not have a hinge on it and it kept blowing open.
We’ve been to a lot of different Firehouse locations and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had at one. We paid $25 for two small combos.

Way too much liquid and not enough meat. Had the beef and cheddar smokehouse brisket. Tiny amount of meat, not even a single layer barley, but a barrel of bbq sauce with a thin amount of mayo. I'll pass next time on a BBQ and mayo sandwich. I'll update if I ever go back. This is only my 8th or 9th visit here, but I had to review this time since it gets worse everytime.
