Firehouse Subs Grand Blanc

When Mrs and me need a great meatball sub we go here. I order a half and half, hers normal, mine ,well not normal. These people have skills...perfectly made from two minutes of ordering. So good, I was satisfied with my side and she was very happy with her side....did I mention the hot sauce bar? They let me taste their chili....I'm picky...again...hot sauce bar omg so perfect. I'll be back to combo that chili tho. (Hot sauce bar)

Purchased large order for our office. We have someone allergic to pickles. Out that on the order, still received a pickle. They refused to do anything about it

This is my husband's favorite sub place so when we have subs this is where we get them from. It's not my favorite, not due to the food, but the service. It's usually mostly teenagers/young adults. I refuse to order in person anymore. We just order on the app and pick up. Most of the time our order is correct but we never receive the extra side pickle ordered. The subs are good but pricey.

Overpriced under delivered I will never be returning to the Grand Blanc store again maybe it's different elsewhere but this is my second time ordering an expensive sandwich with hardly any meat on it that's all I have to say

Oblivious staff. There were three people behind the counter. Two on their phones and I had to wait for them to acknowledge me, and the one that did wasn't very friendly

I must say I have been to quite a few of these restaurants and the staff here alone is worth coming let alone how good the food is. And to top it off theres a gentleman by the name of Andrew and he went above and beyond with helping us so that's off to the Grand Blanc location you have to come.

I ordered the veggie sub and it was delicious I live about 20 minutes away and would definitely make the drive!!
