Where I should start, I wonder why this place keep shutting Down because of the Poor service from management and staff used to be my favorite place to have a drink and get a bite to eat recently. It’s been nothing but a nightmare.Starting with ordering Chicken salad As I mixing the salad, I find a Dead ladybug in the salad she apologized. She took it off of our bill, not a problem.The next time we go, there are busier than usual we walked in. We sit at the bar got us our drinks an hour later if I didn’t ask the manager behind the counter. Can we order some appetizers? No one will come to acknowledge if we are ready to order any food. An hour later, we only received the ranch and the Empty plates appetizers since they were very busy and taking longer, he said let’s go ahead and order our food. Manager says just to let you know we are fried food. We walked in at 9:20 at 11 o’clock. You tell us you are a fright foot you mention that ahead of time, so we can go somewhere else .What we should’ve done as soon as we sit down to say hey guys just to let you know we are fried food only for today not two hours later saying that not to mention, we have not gotten our appetizers yet we asked her so no pizza or wraps she said nope fried food only I’m sorry so we acknowledged what she said. We wish that you had said that first one we walked in. not two hours later we were upset and ready to leave and the waitress come back and she say I’m sorry about that. The pizza on if you still would like to have your pizza that’s just bizarre so can you serve regular food or fried food only said hold on a second let me check back and she said just a pizza we end up taking the pizza and the wings to go and I was not able to eat because I can’t eat fried food at 11 o’clock at nightit was so unprofessional and poor service management. Oh man, they know how to piss someone off and give them a reason not to go back again.

This place has AWESOME wings but the cooks need help back there. The person who orders food needs to purchase enough for a Saturday as there was no pineapple or bloody Mary mix. Wings came 30 min after everyone ate... BUMMER. Cameron Diaz waitress was great, SHE ROCKS AND NEEDS A RAISE?? Was rectified and percentage off tab however. Will come back for awesome wings.

The ONLY good thing about this place was our server Gavin and the manager Morgan who saved the day on my drink. The food is HORRID and I should have known as soon as I walked in because the grease aroma clings in the air and you’ll need to use powerful face cleanser and laundry detergent for after. WORSR FOOD!!!
