My daughter and I just placed a door dash order and our order was really bad I ordered a halo burger meal with well done bacon the bacon was really fatty my daughter coney dogg didn't put the onions or coney sauce on it the fries was cold very displeased with our cold half done order!!! WE WOULD LIKE A REPLACEMENT MEAL!!!

Food was hot fresh and tasted great! The service was great the girl behind the counter was nice and friendly. The building could use an update but still loved to old school vibes with the original pictures hanging on the wall, also had a play place for kids! Overall no complaints will definitely go back!

I used to come here and eat for years. Recently I began using their mobile app which offers really good deals. I had come in to use some of my free QP coupons I had accumulated over the span of a few months. The general manager Scott proceeded to demand a ID if we wanted to pickup our food that we had already paid for. He also said we were banned from halo burger for us “scamming halo burger”. We were not scamming simply using loyalty points for being loyal customers to halo burger. I used to come here multiple times a week sometimes even multiple times a day. For the management of my nearest halo burger to do something like this to me is upsetting I feel as if I can’t come back or even get my food delivered to my home in fear of retaliation. I have attempted to contact their customer service line but it appears to just be this halo burgers locations phone. Moral of the story if you eat at halo burger and want to keep eating halo burger don’t use the mobile app or the general manager will ban you from his store. This is not even the first incident I have witnessed while Scott has been the manager of this location. Another time a manager assaulted a crew member and that crew member utilized self defense and was fired for that. That’s all I have to say about the horrible management that is currently operating the halo burger on hill road. I will not be eating here until something changes because I can not support a company that is unprofessional and shows clear hatred to its customers.

Service was great, friendly and fast. The resturant from the dining, lobby, visible kitchen areas, and bathrooms were very clean. And the burger and fries my wife and I had were very fresh and tasted great. I hope the Linden Rd location takes notes from this one how to run a fast food resturant. I will say I did come at a slower time, there was maybe 7-8 people around me either ordering or already eating and the drive thru didnt seem busy. So I would like too see if this place does good under some busier times.

Went through the drive-through at the new Clinton Township location. We received the wrong burger, missing a dessert, the wrong milkshake, no napkins, and no condiments that we asked for. The burgers themselves were good. The french fries would have been good if they were not so salty.
Really good fries and mushroom burger. The cheese curds are very good. The traverse city cherry shake is very good. The onion rings are good.

On a recent trip to Michigan, I had to have a QP burger loaded with olives, lettus, and picked. Halo Burger did not disappoint! Paired with a Boston Cooler, I was in heaven 😇. The young man at the drive-thru window was friendly and got our order exactly right. We ate in the car, so I haveno comment on the restaurant's atmosphere. But I'm sure it's fine for a burger joint. 🍔

Food is always freshly made, workers are all amazing, inside is always very clean & they have a great play area. I love that i can refill my own cup and don't need to ask for things like ketchup, salt, straws etc.
