My wife ordered via phone for delivery. The pizza was sent to an incorrect address. (I don't know the address and not a single number matches nor the street name Paradise vs Belle Bluff) The only reason I know is because we got a call from the other home and the business said it was already delivered. Recently ordered for a retirement party, was instructed to order online for next day delivery. The order was placed, credit card charged $89... Day of party, no food- called the store just to be told that the order was not coming and that the transaction was not processed. The "Manager" has not taken responsibility, we were swept under the rug and the $89 transaction was processed and paid out!! The other night we had JOSH deliver our pizza and breadsticks. We ordered 2 drinks but he forgot one so he was so nice to go get the other one. We have ordered at another place and they wouldn’t go back and get our drinks that they forgot. JOSH was very pleasant and so nice even when he came back with our drink. It’s so nice to have a great delivery person like JOSH. Thank you!
