Order two subs here tonight no tomatoes just full of grease

Order the $10 Howie deal went to pick up pizza guy tells me $16. I mentioned. I got the $10 Howie meal deal the guy tells me $12.99. I say that's still not the $10 deal that I ordered. He calls the manager Bev proceeded to scream at me like I knew what I was doing and placed the order wrongly. When I don't order from hungry howies. Rude and uncalled for

When you pay extra for toppings on your sub they should be on your sub!!!! This isn’t the first time this has happened either. We haven’t ordered from them in probably about a year because of this issue. Decided we would give it another try and same issue, done with this place.

Well this is the 4th time in about a month and a half we have ordered pizza from here and this is the 4th time in a row it has been made perfectly to the way we ordered it. We haven’t had much luck in GB with pizza shops and decided to give good old Hungry Howie’s a try and we’re all glad we did. Haven’t had it in years and now it’s our go to. Thanks for always getting our order correct and delivering it while it’s still hot

Whoever the manager is that worked tonight should not have a job and I will be contacting corporate for it to be evaluated! Hang up on customers when you and your store screwed up the order! I’ll go with the hungry howies farther away from me just because of the way you are with your customer service skills! I just moved to grand blanc and am so incredibly disappointed. Never thought I’d miss something from live in flint. At least they had decency to try to help. Offer. 30$ meal deal send me 2 pizzas and a 2 liter and play dumb that I paid 50+$

We get gluten free pizzas quite often. Never any problems. We love our local Hungry Howies!

I used to love Hungry Howies, so much that I keep giving it a try. Unfortunately I keep getting disappointed! The quality has gone downhill! I decided to try the pickle bacon ranch pizza. It was just ok. Two other pizza places near me had pickle pizza's that were much better than this. I also got the Howie Brookie, which tasted so bland! Worst Brookie (brownie and cookie mixed) I have ever had. I love sweets so this disappointed me. I had a little piece and do really care if I ate the rest. No taste to make me crave it. Unless something really changes with this company and it's quality, I'm officially done eating here. It's sad because I used to love Hungry Howies.

If there is anything wrong with your order when you get it, good luck getting a hold of them. They will literally ghost you once they catch wind they messed up.

My wife ordered via phone for delivery. The pizza was sent to an incorrect address. (I don't know the address and not a single number matches nor the street name Paradise vs Belle Bluff) The only reason I know is because we got a call from the other home and the business said it was already delivered. We reached out to Hungry Howie's (and ironically customer service recommended I leave this review) Over the last 3 weeks we have called the business once, written an online feedback, and called their customer service twice. Shockingly the owner has yet to call us to fix it. Last case is 509240. Make it right Hungry Howie's. Stealing people's money, ghosting complaints, and hiding behind a franchise tag isn't a good look.
