My wife ordered via phone for delivery. The pizza was sent to an incorrect address. (I don't know the address and not a single number matches nor the street name Paradise vs Belle Bluff) The only reason I know is because we got a call from the other home and the business said it was already delivered. We reached out to Hungry Howie's (and ironically customer service recommended I leave this review) Over the last 3 weeks we have called the business once, written an online feedback, and called their customer service twice. Shockingly the owner has yet to call us to fix it. Last case is 509240. Make it right Hungry Howie's. Stealing people's money, ghosting complaints, and hiding behind a franchise tag isn't a good look.

Never again, order incorrect for the 3rd time in a row, the only reason I tried this establishment again, was because of a half off coupon, the owner needs to be held accountable, and forced to sell, this order was for a Super Bowl party, and disrupted the whole aftefnoon.

Pizza was good, but it was missing the drizzle we asked for. Salad was subpar and missing the toppings we requested. Paid extra for the additional items but didn't receive them. Tried to put in complaint and get small refund for the items we paid extra for but didn't receive (which came late because our driver went to the wrong side of town) however the app wouldn't let us put in any comments to the store. Too expensive for what it was, especially if you get robbed for the extras.

Ranch flavored crust holy cow whole bottle dumped all over. Unfortunately it happened seven out of 10 times even when you put light in the order options. It seems like I'd learn to check it before I left the building, but I never do lol. by the time I get home. I'm over it and it goes in the garbage completely.

Called to place an order for carry out and the boy who answered did not ask for any type of information. I proceeded to give him a name for the order and he told me okay just a min and had to “figure” out how to take my order apparently! I told him we received a coupon for a free jr pizza that we would like to redeem and he said okay I finished placing the order and he tried telling me a total then he stopped himself and said wait a minute you have a coupon you said? I said yes he said ok can you just bring it in. I said yes, of course! Then when we arrive to pick it up they tell us they won’t take a CORPORATE issued coupon because it did not come from their store location. Management did not seem to want to resolve the issue other than saying they don’t take things that they don’t give out. Very UNHAPPY with the service and BAD MANAGEMENT I will stick to my usual hungry Howies location!

I really like Hungry Howie’s but I have to say the few times I have been to this location have been a wait. Like when you enter the building, expect 8 minutes plus for someone to hand you the food. Not because it’s cooking, just there’s no one handing things out. Sorry to say. The food is usually very good. But, for instance, the Davison location less than 2 minutes someone greets you and gets you checked out. Thank you
