I would definitely recommend this location over any other. I had a terrible experience at the Miller Road location, so I drove to the Hill Road location, and every time I'm in there, it's a 10 out 10 experience. The friendly and greet you with a warm greeting when you walk in plus the service is fast. Lastly and most importantly, the food is fresh and delicious. Hands down, I only go to the Hill Road location for my Jersey Mike's!

I would have given the restaurant a 4, except for it cup of water policy. I asked for a cup for water, the staff said the restaurant do not provide cups for water. I could buy a bottle of water or a drink cup. I choose neither. While we were eating, I heard another customer ask for a cup for water. I then heard the customer tell her friend it's $3 for water. Two dissatisfied customers at the same time.
