Visited the Grand Blanc location today. Staff was very nice and the restaurant was very clean. I am a frequent guest at the Fenton Mi. I always order the portobello mushroom sub. It always been amazing. Very disappointed in the sandwich today. The onions were undercooked, tough and stringy. There was a minimal amount of mushrooms. I know this is a newer store so wanted to let you know.

Very disappointed in the service I received today. I decided to come in and try Jersey Mike's instead of my usual spot. I was greeted nicely by a young girl with dark hair. A girl with red hair in a pulled back neat ponytail took over my order after I ordered from the previous girl. I ordered and she was wiping down the counter with a dingy looking rag. She commenced to preparing my food touching my sliced bun before I POLITELY asked her could she please change her gloves and replace the piece of bread due to her wiping down with a dingy rag and not changing her gloves. Her attitude immediately shifted she was short and snappy with me. I remained polite I am an adult old enough to be her father. All she had to do was apologize and say she didn't realize she had done that and it would not have been an issue. Things happen. After paying for my food and no response from her I said "Thank You" loud enough for her to hear. She looked down and turned away. No "have a nice day" or "you're welcome". Customer service goes a long way with me. I worked in the service industry as a teen and no matter how stressed I got I never was rude to customers. I'm proud to own my own business today and I know the importance of customer service. Without the customers there is no job. Benjamin's name is on my receipt (I guess he was logged into the till) but he did not prepare my food or interact with me. I want the red head with the ponytail to get credit for this one. Will spend my money somewhere that is sanitary with good customer service instead.

Husband and I order from here a couple times a month. Our subs are always made the way we ordered them and they aren’t greasy or sloppy like a lot of places are nowadays, especially when you’re on line ordering. More than satisfied with the product we receive. It’s our go to when we want a quick meal with no hassles.

First I want to say the subs here are good. The service is absolutely terrible I stopped in a couple of days ago and the woman who sliced my sub was rude she only said about a total of 6 words to me a proceeded to role her eyes. Then there was a problem with the register so the employee called the manager over, not only was he rude to me but also to his employee.10/10 would not recommend unless it’s a delivery order.
