I order delivery almost everyday to my job never had an issue! Delivery drivers are friendly and polite .

I guess if you want zero meat or cheese on your sub then this is the place to order. I had ordered a sub on July 26 at 7:08 PM. I had it for delivery since I work from home and do not have the ability to leave when I’m working. My food did not arrive until 7:45 PM and I live locally so it shouldn’t have taken that long. As you can see in the pictures that I put I had only ordered a turkey and cheese sub nothing else and there was slim to none turkey or cheese let alone it looks like it was just thrown on there. I had submitted customer feedback like they keep commenting on other people’s reviews and the only message I got back was that the sandwiches are weighed and portion out properly so it’s not really their fault. Let me just say that I will never order/buy from here ever again, due to the horrible customer service, the lack of time efficiency when it comes to delivering, and the fact that they believe this was a good sandwich. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.

We went to get two subs and they were out of bread. They said it would be ten minutes. Then the bread was hard . The crust was very hard to bite through. For the price, this shouldn’t happen especially on bread that just came out of the oven.

Ordered a hunters club online and i wanted it toasted, when It got delivered to me however it was burnt black on multiple parts and inedible, not worth the money.

Spent $16 on a turkey sub. no turkey. wasn’t going to leave the bad review until I saw that someone else had the exact same issue. how do you not put meat on a 3 ingredient sub? it seems this is a reoccurring problem here and intentional. I ordered at 8:07 got there at 8:25pm so it wasn’t last minute either. going to jersey mikes instead from now on
Great people. Freaky fast service! Best location for sure! Come here if you’re looking for a perfect lunch or dinner.

Ordered a California club. Got home, no meat in my sub. Not 1 single slice of turkey. I don't understand how that's even possible. I even had it made how it's comes, no modifications. Pretty wild.

horrible service. terrible staff. management is a joke. apparently making a sandwich is the hardest thing to do as far as quality control goes- they have none. i complained about an unwich they made (now mind you im fully aware its just a sandwich but if im going to spent 15 dollars it can be made with fresh ingredients) the lettuce had disgusting brown spots all over & wasn’t even able to be held because it was so sloppy. i called & complained & they said if i wanted a refund id need to bring the sandwich up. which i absolutely did. the manager refused me my refund issued it as a credit back to the account only after i asked for her supervisors number. i called the supervisor never heard back. and now here we are maybe 2 weeks later, i ordered jimmy johns for lunch & what i get is the smallest amount of everything on the sandwich from the mayo to the veggies(4 cucumbers laid flat on the bread that has a single swipe of mayo on either side, lettuce might as well not even be on the sub, did give me plenty of jimmy peppers tho) & honestly it’s just a joke. do yourself a favor & just go to a different JJs this place sucks, ran by immature adults & teenagers.
the quality of your ingredients matter. it might’ve just been brown lettuce but then to continue and be rude and nasty after your staffs screw up is ridiculous.

I want to give ZERO stars, but I can't. I ordered a sub and chips for lunch online at 12:24. At 12:41 I get a message that says my food is being delivered by Uber. I click on the link in the message and it gives an estimate for delivery at 1:05, then it changes to 1:25 , and then 1:30. I call jimmy johns and talk to something about my order taking almost an hour to be delivered. He says to hold on to check if the order was still in the store. He comes back on and says it left the store by Uber and since I was having Uber deliver it that it was out of their hands. I told him I didn't ask for it to be delivered by Uber. He puts me back on hold to find out what happened. He comes back on to tell me they had to use Uber because they were running behind. I tell him that this is ridiculous. He repeats that it's out of their hands when Uber delivers, and I should say those things to the Uber driver when he gets there.
First of all Jimmy Johns YOU had my food delivered by Uber, so it's absolutely still in your hands! You shouldn't rely on Uber to deliver your food if you cannot rely on them. Horrilbe customer service!!!! That will be the last time I ever order from grand blanc jimmy johns again!!!

Been coming here for years and by far the worst experience! I gave the cashier cash for my payment and she had on her blue gloves gives me my change and the proceeds to grab the fresh bread slice it and put it on the counter with the same gloves that she just handed my change with. I confronted her with the concern only to get eyes rolled at me for telling her that is a health code violation touching money then foods. The other employee started making comments about me telling her to remove her dirty gloves before preparing ready to eat foods. I would believe it to be common sense to discard those gloves after touching coins and cash prior to making any persons order.
