I haven't been to this KFC in around 3 years due to bad experiences. Tonight I had a craving for it so I figured I'd give it another shot. Somehow it's gotten worse. Waited 20 minutes in line. Watched the car in front of me hand their food back so it was wrong. Everyone was monotone, clearly no one wanted to be working there. I'm not saying you need to sing and dance but dang at least smile and say hello. We had to repeat our order of 3 items 3 times at the speaker and another 2 times at the window. The chicken was dry and they forgot our mac and cheese. Luckily they rang me up for a small instead of large like I wanted so I only got scammed out of $3 instead of $5. I don't even feel like dealing with them again to get it back. Just terrible.

Had to wait for my chicken tenders, when I received my food, I didn’t have the correct amount of chicken, tenders were a sorry excuse, didn’t have the correct side, had none of the sauces I asked for and no utensils. I usually don’t make reviews but this place is just terrible. Don’t go here. It’s not worth the money

Ordered online- no problems. Food- sorriest looking chicken tenders I've ever seen; no biscuits with our meals; one meal didn't have poppers. Service- slowest workers I've ever seen. Think they could have gotten our order correct for as slow as they were moving. Totally disappointing.

They never get my order right, most of the time i’m waiting at least 20 minutes just for a famous bowl. This time I ordered the strawberry pie poppers and paid for them just to not get them. this place is always a disappointment

This place is absolutely horrible, we waited in a random parking spot for 30 minutes before I went inside to politely ask for my mobile order.
People rating this specific location a 5 star must be on something. THIS PLACE SUCKS. There were 3 others waiting for food after I had ordered and was told it'd be a 10 minute wait. The first two behind me pulled out, but didnt seem like they recieved their food yet. The third pulled up complaining about the wait. Shortly after they pulled back into the parking lot to wait, I got my food. After a 30-40 minute wait, and just the food, not the drinks. Because I wasnt given a receipt, I couldnt ask for them, so I shrugged it off. "Theres some fresh-" is what I was told while recieving what was ordered, but it clearly was not fresh. Nor was the packets I asked for included in the bag. The extra few miles are worth it to get to a different location. Don't waste your time here.
Went into the store and ordered 2 4 piece meals and when I got it it was only 3 pieces in I each meal and also I asked for fries and was given mashed potatoes !please make sure to check your order if going to this location

First off I love this location for KFC they are always fast friendly and super clean. Food be sooo delicious fresh & hot. It’s never over cooked or don’t have food. Omg the new nugget bowls they have are amazing. It comes with garlic honey sauce on them & then you can choose 2 sauces you want on the side. You get a meal for 10$. It comes with sauced nuggets in a bowl which will have garlic honey in it & then you get fries med drink & biscuit as well.
