Generally a good store to shop at. Someone has decided to change their deli fried chicken recipe. My advice stay away from it. It used to be really good, now not so much.

They did not have my pick up order ready, I got a voicemail 15 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up my groceries, I was already en route. when I arrive the sales associate said they had called and my order was not ready. She said they would call me when it was done. Pickup closes at 9:00, it is 8:45 and I have not heard from them... so I call and they say my order is still not ready!! I ordered the items at 3:00 this afternoon for dinner to tonight, the order was supposed to be filled between 7-8. The service and attitude of sales associates is abysmal.

My wife has stated that this is by far the worst Kroger store because they are always out of items. Sunday 4/2/22 I went to Kroger's to get coleslaw sauce; there was none on the shelf, so I decided on a different meal. Today 4/6/23 I went back to Krogers and saw the coleslaw sauces were still not on the shelf. I asked a employee if they moved the item somewhere else, she looked the item up and stated we have some in the back. I patiently waited, 15 minutes later the associate comes out and says they must be out. THANK GOD WALMART....I'll never doubt my wife again and won't be back to Krogers

My elderly mother went into the store to get a Lowe's gift card and was overwhelmed by the selection. Her sight is failing. She left very frustrated and defeated. Today is birthday party for the person she was buying the card for. we ordered our cake from your store also. My dad was going to come pick up the cake for my mom.. I called ahead and spoke with employee by the name of NICOLE (not sure of spelling) She went and grabbed a Lowes gift card and went over to bakery and put it on top of cake so my dad just had to pay for cake and Lowes gc at one time. She went beyond the call of her normal duties She did not hesitate to help and was so very kind and pleasant. Thank you Nicole .. Your kindness went a long way today Kroger is lucky to have you and I wanted them to know it... Much AppreciatedRandi Novak

Extremely poor service and attitude from the management at this Kroger. My experience at this Kroger did nothing except ruin my night. Hope this was just a "bad day."

This is a decent sized Kroger store. The parking lot was a bit crowded when we stopped in on Saturday to pick up some salads and desserts. The store was clean, inside and out, and they had just what we were looking for. We got two Kroger brand bagged Caesar salad kit mixes with bacon bits, some pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, and a strawberry cheesecake. Everything was delicious and the prices were fair. Great spot for everyday essentials.

Cashiers move slower than turtles and aren't very friendly. For people in the service industry you think they would realize customers are their bustiness. Store is hap hazzardly organized at best

just called to try and ask questions regarding the Amigo motorized scooters...it was like I was talking to a recorded response line...very rude response! guess you don't want my money..not gonna pay your high prices to be treated like crap.

Parking: the worst Store: aisles are short & choppy making it incredibly difficult to find anything you are looking for Location: decent; across from high school near downtown, but expect heavy traffic

Went into the Kroger's in grand Blanc no sanitizer anywhere they don't sanitize the carts like they do at Walmarts down the street they have everybody crowded on one side for the self-serve checkout I asked the lady why they have everyone on one side and not open up the other side she said they didn't open till nine in a rude voice I said well it's not very smart keeping everybody crowded together if you're at high risk I would stay away from the store
The Hot Deli Lunch counter is awful,. The lady fixing the pizza was not wearing food service gloves while handling food items. Also they were not open at the time specified. I will never shop their again. Gross store.

This Kroger store swaps your cart for the cart of the person who went through checkout before you. Why even disinfect the carts. Why social distance in the grocery store if we have to leave with the previous customer's cart. This is no way to protect the well being of your customers!!

I don't know who thought of the new deli checkout, but it is WONDERFUL! I love them taking your whole order, writing it down, and having it all ready for you while you shop. Thank you Grand Blanc Kroger. I also love how you have a great natural section in your store, it makes shopping for healthy food easy and convenient! Davison did away with it and I no longer shop there because of that reason. 2 great reasons why I love this store.
