Little Caesars Pizza

My pizza is always burnt to a crisp and always thin. When I order it through the app or online there is no option to change the location to the Hill Rd where the pizza. This is the worst location. I never ever go here. I like the one on Hill Rd much better.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews on this Little Caesars, sure gotta wait 10-15 minutes for a hot n ready sometimes but it's worth the wait in my opinion, I've always received fresh pizza right out of the oven, also it depends on who's working there. I'd rather go here than the location off of Hill road. The staff is nice, always have a good attitude & they are always busy so they must be doing something right.

I've gone to this Little Caesars for over 20 years coming to Grand Blanc when I do jobs. Walk in The Establishment for a lunch special between noon and 1:00 p.m. on a weekday in which they are supposed to have hot and ready I understand if they're selling out but they actually had one with an old time and she needed to make new ones. She's on the phone talking personal stuff about either her employees or whatever it was before coming to tell me they don't have a fresh one or don't have any. This is the sixth time in a month that I've showed up and they don't have anything ready. So this time I'm not waiting I leave the pop on the table and take my money, walk out silently. The manager has the audacity to chase me out and start shouting stuff at me out the door, telling me how rude I am just you turn around and walk away when they don't have stuff ready. Why would you even come out and engage a customer like that after they walked away silently.

Hot n ready? Try in 15 min which translated into 25 minutes after waiting in the front for over 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Manger left girl training unsupervised and when manager came back, instead of jumping in and helping the staff get some pizzas going. She stood there and watched the new girl. Keep in mind there were 3 other orders waiting besides mine but by all means manager, just stand there and watch your new person struggle to keep up.

They didn't have any crazy bread. Got a hot n ready, got in my car and it was the most disgusting looking pizza I have ever seen. I used to work at a little Caesars so I know this pizza had sat for at the very least 3 hours. I didn't even eat it and threw it out the window next to their building. The fridge is broken as well and all the pop was warm. Never coming back.

There was this coworker outside of the building, smoking her cigarette, and she threw it on the ground when she was done, and then she went right back inside and started cutting pizza without washing her hands and not using gloves

So...I ordered 2 pizzas and bread. I watched a pleasant female scratch her nose twice, touch buttons on the register and in the back, vacuum the floor, prepare food and NOT WASH HER HANDS!!! NO ONE WASHED THEIR HANDS or wore gloves! They went from the register to handling food to touching buttons, coughing and HANDLING FOOD!!!!!!!!. This would not be good for a food inspection....

Went in for a lunch combo this morning for my lunch. It was hot, and ready! The guys running the store were so friendly! 5 out of 5 stars, will DEFINITELY be back!

I went on a Sunday, and the staff there was so nice and understanding, the manager that night was some kid named Carter, and he just made the overall experience better. You can never go wrong with crazy bread but theirs was just on another level and so tasty, I will 100% be going back.
