I happened to be in Grand Blac on a delivery error that went to the wrong place. I was speaking to some locals looking for a place for lunch and they recerred me to Joe's. It was a summer day. I was hot, irritated by the mix up, and hungry. So I went off their recommendation and gave Joe's a shot with my friend that was with me. The atmosphere was nice, dark, and blissfully cool. Busy place on a Friday night. Make reservations or plan to wait 15 to 30 minutes. I had the pretzel sticks as an appetizer and the fish and chips for dinner. Both were good. The staff were super friendly. Service was pretty speedy considering how busy they were. I enjoyed my dinner there.
We've been here a few times and always have a good experience but I especially want to complement the staff this past weekend. It was really busy - every table was full. The Hostess said it would only be a 10 minute wait and she was spot on. We were served promptly by a friendly waitress and as always, the food was good. We both ordered the turkey reuben but in the past have had fish n chips, pizza and wraps and every dish is tasty.
