So we ordered food from them 7-6-2025, we waited for it to be delievered, never received a knock on the door, we made several attempts to call and ask about our delivery..finally at 2100 hrs. we went to leave to go get food and here was the pizzas sitting outside in a chair, cold !! We were in the living room we would have heard a knock on the door...Then the pizzas were thin crust and unsauced... Very dissapointing...
Was told it was worth the drive. X-large pizza has several toppings not ordered and paid extra for bread sticks that looked like they were cooked 3 days ago. I have never had such gross food. Called and he was willing to try and fix but we were not going to drive all the way back out there. I cannot believe they would even serve breadsticks like that! Wish I could post a picture. We will NEVER order food from there again!
The lady at the counter was rude, the pizza was not good and they forgot to give us Italian dressing for our sub. I can see why the place was empty and the employees were sitting down scrolling on the phone.
This was my very first experience with this place and I have yet to try their pizza as I left empty handed. I placed an order here via uber eats two days in advance because I was hosting a gathering. When I arrived, I gave my name for the order and it wasn’t there. I grabbed my phone to show the girl and it said Lorenzo’s canceled my order at 4:53 (pick up was between 5–5:30). The worker was extremely rude and acted put out from the moment I walked through the door that she had to help me. I asked her what happens when they cancel my order. She said she didn’t know so she would call her manager. She called someone but they didn’t answer, so she just said she didn’t know what to tell me besides to just place the order again with them and wait for it. She also asked if I was charged for the order (I didn’t ask anything about getting a refund because I figured that was between me and uber eats). I told her the charge was pending and she said, “we don’t have your money.” I never insinuated they did, nor did I ever ask about that. I was just as confused as she seemed to be about them canceling my order. I felt like I was kind and patient about the situation until she acted so put out that I was even there and offered no resolution whatsoever. I walked out and went somewhere else in a pinch. The whole experience was uncomfortable and a little bizarre.
First time trying, ordered a family deal for 30$. First pizza thin crust, second regular. Both came thin unfortunately. Crust was chewy and seemed undercooked. Salami was burnt black. The cheese bread was spectacular. People were super nice inside. Would try again. Good deal for the money just wish the location was nicer and the order was precise.
Don’t go in at 846 the rude girl won’t take your order because the quit taking orders early. Won’t be back

Was here again today, An Antipasto salad, for my lovely Wifes Lunches, and 2 small Pizzas for dinner tonight. It doesn't get any better than this. It was worth the drive.
Wife picked up chicken to go was very good
It had been a while since I had their pizza. Last time the pizza was very good, the sauce was delicious and zesty and toppings were plentiful. This time there was very little sause and hardly any toppings. The sauce had very little flavor and the crust was thin and chewy. Over priced for what I got. It's like they changed the ingredients to save a buck. Very disappointed. Not sure what happened but I won't be back.
We had a birthday event for three people. Ordered pizza, bread and salad. It was a big order ordered 2 hours earlier. It was fabulous. Pizza was excellent, especially the sauce. Cheese bread was the best especially with the home made ranch dressing.. The salad was very fresh and crispy. Very delicious and highly recommended. Thank you Keego Harbor Store!

Young staff poorly trained and unprofessional food quality very inconsistent long wait time
I went in tonight to order 2 Strombolis and the lady that was at the Register attitude was so horrible that I just decided to walk back out without even ordering. If you’re upset you should maybe take a break and/or trade areas because as the first face I see coming into a pizza restaurant as a first time customer was not so great. I will be calling in the morning to speak with management.

They made my order wrong and argued with me when I asked them about it.... then I noticed they don't wash their hands........ the lady was extremely rude and disrespectful.. never going again
