I went to eat here today and everything was fine except I got a half and half lemonade/tea but when I drank it I tasted no lemonade so I asked if she could add some and her reply was it’s in there, refusing to fix it even though they have free refills which was what really got under my skin but my food was not out yet so I’m not someone that likes to have difficulty’s with the people preparing my food so I just walked away

We had dinner at the Grand Blanc McAlister's tonight, and if I could give it 6 stars I would! The Assistant GM and our host, Akari, we're amazing. They were both friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! We'll definitely go back.

Food here is good —when you can get it—but the service just to get in your order is terminally slow. Waited over 15 minutes, only two people ahead of us in line, and they still didn’t get our order. We left and went to Jimmy Johns.

Went for lunch today, the Cuban sandwich was very good, the potato salad was really tasty as well and the staff and manager were very nice and helpful. It was nice and cool in there and the restaurant was very clean in inviting.

Today I was wanting to try something I have not tried since I moved to the area. While I was at our community pool the pool monitor overheard me tell someone that I was going to McAlister's today. She quickly told me about her experience and how wonderful the food was.
So I decided to try it myself. I ordered online the pick 2. (The pick 2 I chose was a half sandwich and a half salad). I chose the Black Angus club sandwich and the southwest chicken salad. I also ordered the fruit cup.
I picked up the food and it was ready in a timely manner. I just went through the drive-thru. The guy at the drive-thru was very friendly. I cannot speak for the atmosphere of the place but let me tell you the food did not disappoint
This is a five-star restaurant/deli!

Not sure why people go to the burger joints when they can get real food for the same price.
Order placed and was to be delivered in 40 minutes...needless to say it's been over an hour and I still don't have my food. When I call I get an automated answer, can't speak to anybody, ridiculous to pay extra service fees for delivery and it's extraordinarily late and then get a text message that driver has finally picked it up and it will be here 20 minutes AGO? First and last time ordering from here.
