Order placed and was to be delivered in 40 minutes...needless to say it's been over an hour and I still don't have my food. When I call I get an automated answer, can't speak to anybody, ridiculous to pay extra service fees for delivery and it's extraordinarily late and then get a text message that driver has finally picked it up and it will be here 20 minutes AGO? First and last time ordering from here.

Ultimate Nachos: Ordered through a delivery service and McAlister Deli is the first place to separate the toppings in containers so the chips don't get soggy. They layered them so when I poured them on top of the chips it looked like they had placed everything on there so neatly and appetizing.

This is one of my new favorite places for lunch or dinner. Great menu and friendly staff, Andrea was awesome! I’m vegetarian and I still found plenty to eat here. I’d recommend the veggie sandwich, four cheese melt and veggie spud. Oh, and their cookies are amazing too! Thanks again Andrea! :)

PLEASE GET CUPHOLDERS! Putting multiple drinks in a plastic bag and handing it to me in my car is the dumbest thing. I can't put it in my cupholder because it's in a bag. If I set it in the seat I have to make sure it doesn't fall over while I'm driving. Just get cupholders and make everyone's life easier. I realize this probably isn't specific to this location and is company wide, bid damn. They make environmentally friend cupholders too!

Got a pick up. Turkey was really slimy, bread was soggy. They packaged a good scoop of soup on the outside of the bowl. Wet pickle just thrown loose in the bag and got everything wet. I genuinely hope I don't end up getting sick from this. Don't understand the beef with the customers up here. The miller rd location is much better.

I stopped in for a carryout and there was a mix up with the order and I didn't notice until I got back to my office. I called to let them know and wrnt back to pick up my correct order. They are so friendly and took care of the issue. I will definately be back. Their food is so good and service is great!

Loved everything about my stop at McAlister's Deli today ?? Ty (the manager) and her team got customer service down to a T. Great job!! It's a shame I didn't snag pictures of our food.. The rumbling of our bellies and the yummy smells coming from the kitchen had us munching down our sandwiches right after they got to the table, which they brought to us!!! Definitely not your average sandwich spot!! There's a different kind of air to the place with personal touches like the neon pedestrian reminders shaped as kids, to the table service including refills! My son had the King Club which is a HUGE sandwich and a great deal for the price! He's 24 w/a big appetite and it gave even him pause at half a sandwich - hmm do I box the rest? - he was quickly working on eating that other half though! Exclaiming about flavor as big as the sandwich, the toasted country bread that holds up great to the bounty of ingredients soo many meats and mini salad variety topping it. I had the BLT +A, and it was to perfection! The bacon wasn't too crisp or soft ???, nice whole ripe tomato slices, fresh greens, ripe avacado, some kind of tasty dressing and that same toasted country bread holding it all together. Delicious!!! Thanks Ty and team! You've definitely earned some new customers! See you again next time, there's so much to try on the menu! ?
