Was just here picking up a Door Dash orders. Was at the counter over 5 minutes. Had 5 crew members walk by me and not ask if I needed any help. Then they just sit the order on the counter and didn't even ask who's order I was there for. Not the first time this has happened here. The whole crew from shift manager on down needs retrained. Hopefully the franchise owners see this. This kind of atmosphere would never be allowed at the restaurant I manage as a closer.

Customer service was horrible, I went through the drive thru, Ordered a chicken sandwich, Not a McChicken. My sandwich was almost 5.00. All was on it was 2 pickles nothing else, Just a dry piece of chicken. I went inside to try to speak to someone, Which was a total joke. I stood at the counter without anyone asking me what I needed. Not a single person spoke to me. I finally couldn't take no more and left, My sandwich on the counter. I will not be returning to the Grand Blanc MCDONALD'S. Customer service is horrible!!!!!!

Was here last night around 10:25ish and was charged twice by the young lady working the back register. Maybe she wouldn’t have done that if she wasn’t having a FaceTime call while taking my order as well as when i went to pay. I could here her entire conversation while she was reading back my order of 2 items and when i arrived at the window she was on the call , closed the window continuing the call, while re doing my order and charging my card again which was odd being that my card is linked to the app which i used. Yes it’s only a drink that’s $1.90 but the fact she was so rude and messing up orders cause she’s on FACETIME i didn’t appreciate. Run your cameras if need be.
It's McDonald's. You know what it is. Sit-down restaurant prices for bottom of the barrel what they say is food. It's only gone down hill in recent years. Staff is great though!

Why call it fast food when anytime you order they just park you and make you wait. If I wanted to wait I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten better service and food. A quarter pounder with cheese, fries and mcchicken don’t warrant parking someone or anyone at lunch time.

Worst customer service stand around and talk too much and don’t attend to the people at the cash register was gonna order a meal it takes too long to get it. Just ordered a pop.
Parking: Too many high schoolers from across the street that take up parking lot inside McDonald’s don’t go there when they get out of school

This place was unbelievably filthy. All the trash cans were overflowing. The floors were covered in trash. The tables left uncleaned. The number of people waiting for their food and the time it took to receive it was unacceptable. Just awful!
