Literally got the simplest thing ever. Large coke, S fry, and a Double cheese extra onion NO pickle. They literally gave the extra onion but took off the American cheese in place of the pickle. How do you get from the speaker drive through no pickle to no American cheese? Just don’t make sense.

Sunday night we ordered 2 double quarter pounders. They had to remake the first set and move us to the waiting spot because the meat was raw. We left after receiving the newly made burgers. To our dismay one of our burgers was completely raw with only the sear on the outside. This was after taking a couple bites of the burger. Monday morning my fiancee starting having symptoms of food poisoning. Today (now Thursday) the symptoms still persist and he has had to take off multiple days of work because of it. We paid nearly $15 a meal for it to make my fiancee so sick he can't even work. Thanks.

I think out of all the McDonald's in the community (holly, grand blanc, flint, davison, clio) this is by far the best one. Food is always hot and.quick, the staff are nice and accurate with the order. Just cant complain

Food as always expected. Generic atmosphere. Fries have been a disappointment for years. They were so much better on beef fat, After they changed the oil it has been totally generic fries

Drive up order my kids food go to pay girl opens windows half way takes my tap pay slams the windows shut then I go to get my order wait 5 mins In drive through then move up to wait longer on my order rude people ... get my oder 5 minutes later 10pc meal large frie large dr pepper ... this is like the 100th time the have given me and 8 PC instead of the 10 PC.... the people working in the back can't count at all had me wait for my meal but the fries and nuggets where both cold how's that happen if you made me wait for it to be fresh or is it that people there are so slow and dumb they can only process 1 order per 5 minutes is that why I wait 10 mins and you guys had 4 other c a rs waiting it makes no sense ... either horrible management or just workers dont give a crap and need to have these orders the mess up they need to pay for out there own pocket and I bet they won't mess and more orders up if you took it out there check 😉 worst place ever

I had to wait nearly a half hour for my food. I had two hungry kids with me. When I went to see what was taking so long I had to wait another four minutes for them to even see me. The woman that delivered the food tossed the tray onto the table and I honestly believe that she poked a small hole into my drink cup. We will never go back there again!

This place is horrible I asked for hot coffee add French vanilla they gave me and iced coffee no ice! Went back in to tell them this is not what I asked for they gave me an hot coffee with NOTHING just BLACK! Not only that I was late for work because they can’t comprehend!

Was just here picking up a Door Dash orders. Was at the counter over 5 minutes. Had 5 crew members walk by me and not ask if I needed any help. Then they just sit the order on the counter and didn't even ask who's order I was there for. Not the first time this has happened here. The whole crew from shift manager on down needs retrained. Hopefully the franchise owners see this. This kind of atmosphere would never be allowed at the restaurant I manage as a closer.
