I was in this morning and the fella at the drive thru actually greeted me and made eye contact, I received the wrong size coffee and the lady at the drive thru corrected it with no problem AND told me to have a blessed day! I've never been to a friendlier McDonald's Sure made my morning!

Customer service at it's worse. They always claim to never be able to make milkshakes because they say the machine is down. There is no have a nice day. Just hand the food out and ddi not speesk at all !
Great customer service. Bad timing for receiving food at an appropriate time. Past two visits, my fries or nuggets taste old. Wanted to pull me over for a cheeseburger that was sitting in a bag behind them, although I explained I couldn't be late for work. Said there were two cars pulled over ahead of me. I asked for a refund, but since I ordered on the app, I couldn't, so I took a loss. Went to work hungry. I don't plan to visit this location again.
