I had the best McDonald’s here I’ve had I think in my life lol. Seriously so freshly, neatly prepared. My small fry? Was actually for the first time full and not skimped on. The worker - did not get his name was super kind as well! All around glad we left the McDonald’s we were going to go to and came to this one!

I stopped into this McDonalds (my first time here) to exchange a flat Coke that came with my meal that I had purchased from another McDonalds a mile down the freeway. When I asked the young lady at the drive-thru window if I could exchange my Coke for a new one so that I wouldn't have to double back the the original McDonalds, she said she'd have to ask the manager first. She came back 15 seconds later and said the manager said, "We can do this for you one time only." I ask you, what's 12 oz. of Coke, a plastic cup, straw and ice actually cost McDonalds anyway? 50 cents? Maybe. Heck, I donated more money than that to the Ronald McDonald House for kids when they rounded up my bill at the first McDonalds. While I was happy to get a new Coke, the manager's response left me with no reason to return to this McDonalds location in the future. The Thompson Road or Hill Road McDonald locations will get ALL of my future business!
