I stopped into this McDonalds (my first time here) to exchange a flat Coke that came with my meal that I had purchased from another McDonalds a mile down the freeway. When I asked the young lady at the drive-thru window if I could exchange my Coke for a new one so that I wouldn't have to double back the the original McDonalds, she said she'd have to ask the manager first. She came back 15 seconds later and said the manager said, "We can do this for you one time only." I ask you, what's 12 oz. of Coke, a plastic cup, straw and ice actually cost McDonalds anyway? 50 cents? Maybe. Heck, I donated more money than that to the Ronald McDonald House for kids when they rounded up my bill at the first McDonalds. While I was happy to get a new Coke, the manager's response left me with no reason to return to this McDonalds location in the future. The Thompson Road or Hill Road McDonald locations will get ALL of my future business!

Stopped yesterday afternoon for a hot cup of my favorite coffee. Didn't realize until we were back on the expressway, coffee was cold!!! GRRRRR!!

Parking: Check the lines on the ground to ensure you end up in the correct spot (dedicated ones for drive thru waiting, wheelchair and pickup)

Went in to this McDonalds and received very bad service. I politely asked the worker to please put the extra oreo topping that I paid for in the bottom of the cup. She proceeded to give me a dirty look and them diaper negative things about me to her co worker. She also forgot to put a spoon in the bag. I politely asked her for a spoon and she proceeded to throw it at me on the counter. Worker has dark hair, glasses, and was wearing a blue shirt. Terrible service. I will not be spending money here again.
