I really love the food here, but every time I come in the service is ridiculously bad. The girls behind the counter have zero customer service skills. When I walk up to the counter I'm usually ignored until I can flag one of them down, and then I'm met with awkward glares and zero communication, they act like they hate being there. I've never had an employee at a restaurant just refuse to communicate with me or treat me like a human being, it's bizarre.

The inside is super cute, and the boba tea is amazing! However, when I went in to order today, the two girls were rude to my mom and one was really rude to my grandma for some reason. I've come here before and had better experience with different employees, but I'll probably not come back. Also, the food was pretty bland, and mango pieces in my bowl were flavorless and not ripe.

My son & I stopped in for a late lunch after an appointment. We each got a ramen bowl & I a boba milk tea & he a flavored tea. According to him it's bussin 10/10. I couldn't agree more! We really enjoyed every part of our visit & the food. We will definitely be returning & bringing more people with us!

My boyfriend and I have been going here for a quick ramen and boba fix since they opened, and I cannot begin to describe how much I LOVE the menu expansion! I’ve personally always wanted to love ramen, but the broth aftertaste of most I couldn’t get past to fully enjoy the experience. I’ve always enjoyed the green jasmine strawberry tea with cream cheese foam and the pan fried gyozas. This time I was so excited seeing so many new options like fried rice, takoyaki, and katsu curry both in ramen and as a standalone dish! I fell in love with the cup noodle versions of curry ramen, but always wanted to experience it outside of the foam cup and spongy noodles. I ended up getting the chicken katsu curry ramen and have never been so excited and satisfied with ramen before! The curry broth was thick and had a super mild spice, plus the katsu breading soaked up the broth and was still crunchy even after sitting in the broth for a while. I’m looking forward to having this again in the future!!

I always enjoyed Mi Poke but recently, they’ve been having multiple issues involving their delivery services. Last week, I ordered my usual bowl along with a Kani salad; the salad was missing. The following day, I ordered a bowl, a Kani salad, and sesame balls. My drink arrived without any boba, and both the sesame balls and salad were missing. Today, I ordered a bowl and sesame balls, but there was no broth included.
This makes 3 consecutive orders with errors. While I do enjoy the food, I kindly ask that staff double check orders before they are sent out to paying, loyal customers. An occasional mistake is understandable, but three in a row is concerning.
I come here often and the food is always good but if I ask a question the employees are always short and snobby. I have had one good encounter with a staff member but the rest of them seem like their forced to work here.

The food at Mi Poke is absolutely phenomenal, fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. I've also had some truly great experiences with staff members like Marissa and Riley, who are always kind, patient, and welcoming.
Unfortunately, my experiences have been overshadowed by one employee in particular. I was told her name is Tiesh, and every time I've encountered her, she’s been nothing short of unpleasant. She has a consistently rude and dismissive attitude, rushes customers even when the store is empty, and seems visibly annoyed to be interacting with anyone. Worse yet, I've overheard her speaking to other staff members in a shockingly disrespectful way, something no employee should have to deal with in any workplace.
As much as I love the food and appreciate the rest of the staff, the negative energy and unprofessional behavior from Tiesh have made it impossible for me to continue supporting this business. It’s disappointing to say I won’t be returning as long as she remains employed there.
