Pita Way - Grand Blanc Mediterranean

Did not get the pita part of my dinner. One and done for the Birch Run location. Never again.

Wonderful service and fresh everything!! They actually really cared for my gluten allergy!

This location is always friendly, usually very consistent. I order online a lot so it’s nice that most times it has a good amount of all toppings and sauces. If there ever is an issue they take care of it immediately.

I am only leaving this review because what a disappointment this store is I went into pitaway 1-29-25 at 7:30pm and I ordered two bowls one rice base one lettuce they were very low on rice and were scrapping it from the bottom of the pan instead of getting more rice they hardly put any lettuce in the bowl as they had no more on their line the chicken was not fresh very hard and rubbery it was very disappointing to say the least as I go into the Fenton pitaway about twice a week and the food is always hot and fresh and they are very pleasant to help you. I would not come back to this store we did not even eat our food as it was not even good.

We love it here usually, but the last 3 times have not been good. Today we waited over 45 minutes for an online order. I also tip well. We work in an office and it really sucks to have a bad lunch at work. It's not cheap but probably won't be back for a long time. They used to always be on point and awesome, something has definitely changed and it's unfortunate.

Placed an order for 2 Sandwiches and small order of fire fries; 32.90

1. One of the Sandwiches made incorrectly
2. Fries were served cold
3. Order was 10 minutes past it's stated pickup time.
4. More attention was being given to door dash then actual in-person customers.
5. Rude service by counter person; Was more interested in processing my payment then actually getting my order completed.

I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this location.

I always get the bowls. They aren't the cheapest thing on the menu but they're big enough for at least 2 meals, or more. They pack em full and they're always so delicious and packed with protein and flavor. If you haven't tried Pita Way yet, I highly recommend it.
