Poor customer service on all sides. I got poor treatment from an employee, then the manager came to check me out. I mentioned it to him and was victim of one of his tirades too. Don't come here. The foods fine but the staff are THE WORST, even the manager.

The pizza hut contact center is not only a joke but completely unnecessary and the employees of it are terrible. I called to place an order could barely understand the lady. Tried to review the order asked her to go over it with me and she hung up. Contacted them again to see if it was right it wasn't. I tried to change the order they said I had to do it at the store and hung up. Multiple calls and attempts to change my order was unsuccessful with the contact center. I Went to the store and explained the situation. Gabby was the one thing that was fantastic about the experience. She was nice and addressed my concerns and made my order right which was awesome so props to her she deserves a raise. Until pizza hut changes the way they order and not a using a stupid customer service center I probably won't be going back.

I purchased two pizzas and a six piece wing. The places were made thin crust and I did not ask for thin crust. I was not able to go right back so I wanted to call and let them know that it was totally wrong. I was not able to get through to the physical location . I was at routed to a main number and they took a message. I was not able to get the contact with anybody at the store for several hours to let them know that my order was wrong. I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in so long but with this experience, I won’t go back.

Absolute waste of money and time. You'll have to pay me to eat here again. Undercooked, wrong toppings. I'd rather put ketchup in a sock and chew on that for a while.

But tonight I want to let Pizza Hut in grand Blanc know that Aiden( not sure how you spell his name) but I sure hope you guys consider giving him raise he makes your business 100x better by his customer service!! He was nice and yeah give that dude a raise!!! Never have I come across a guy like him! Will defiantly return business there ONLY BECAUSE HE WAS SO COOL

I know understand why. Pizza Hut is closing up so many locations. They are so poorly made. And do little toppings it makes little ceares look like good for 1/2 the price. Ordered. Peeper rings cost 2,00. Counted 13 rings on a large pizza. Great deal.

I ordered a pizza online today and chose the option to pay for in restaurant. Walk in restaurant it was a lady at counter counting changes and then she starts counting money (dollars) as I standing there at the counter, she never said Hello or give her minutes or nothing when she finally look up she called a worker Aiden. Very bad customers service/ rude and just walk out the restaurant. How do you not speak or acknowledge when customers is coming in spend they hard money. Just sad I will not be back.
