The coffee is great! The food is ok... The atmosphere...? Beyond crowded! There were family reunions, and birthday parties in a coffee shop? I was hoping to get work done. But the very loud environment and people taking open chairs at our table without asking was not helping. I do not know if I could 100% recommend this location though it looks the part.

Amazing flavors, kind and courteous employees, relaxing atmosphere. I love this coffee shop. Come to try a new flavor and stay to relax for a bit. This is not a fast food to-go kind of place. While do offer everything to-go, take a seat and relax while they make your coffee fresh, warm up the pastries, and bring it to you on a lovely tray. Don't be in a hurry. This place is for people to savor and linger. It's delicious!

They also have dairy-free/dairy alternatives for those of us who can't have dairy! Their staff was friendly and patient too!Dietary restrictions: They have dairy alternatives and some low/dairy-free options for those who don't want or can't have a lot of dairy.Parking: There is a lot of parking, but the lot is kinda tight in places. Just be careful maneuvering and you should be fine. There are timed parking spaces right in front, and wheelchair accessible parking.

I am so incredibly pleased and happy with everything that I got, that I cannot wait to come back now everyday to have everything! This is everything that Grand Blanc or anywhere needs!!! A bit pricey for me, but the quality was excellent. I just had a hot chocolate. My husband loved his coffee except for the grounds at the bottom. He LOVED the baklava; he also got kunafa cheesecake & I got a piece of chocolate milk cake to go, both not pictured but they were very good. The cheesecake was excellent. All in all, I would definitely return for a special treat. The ambiance is fantastic, and it's beautifully decorated.I will say that the large couch with the pillows needs a cushion. I have bad hips, and can't sit on it for more than 5 minutes.

Our food was delicious and my latte was amazing. The Cafe is so welcoming and cozy. I tried the Honeycomb and it pairs well with the Qamaria Latte.Service was very quick and they're very kind to people who needed some extra time to order.I can't wait to come back and bring other people here. This place is a real gem.
