The little blonde girl was rude for no reason I told the first worker I needed three burritos the same, he was super nice then I interacted with the miss mam with the attitude, her side eyes were craaazzzyyy for no reason.

my husband and i door dashed tonight, we ordered a burrito, 2 kids cheese quesadilla meals with juice and chips. we also ordered chips and queso but unfortunately when we got it delivered and opened the bag we got 2 kids chicken quesadillas instead of cheese, no chips, and no drink. we also got 2 burritos even though we ordered only 1 and they were made VERY poorly. AND we didn’t even get our chips and queso! the exact same thing happened to me about a month ago when i ordered through delivery and when i got it they didn’t give me my chips and queso. will not be returning nor will we be ordering delivery.

I love Qdoba, way better than Chipotle. Unfortunately, most of the time this location service isn't great and the lobby is usually dirty. You can even see it behind the counter. This always make me a bit sad because Qdoba was my first job and I remember how well we were taught to serve the customer and keep the restaurant clean.

3 stars for the fact that they prioritize online orders over people standing in line waiting. countless times ive stood there while they take the last steak or the last fajita peppers etc bc they are filling an online order. I DROVE TO YOUR STORE!!!! I should get priority service. watched at least 5 or 6 orders get made before they addressed the massive line building up. this should change. people visiting your establishment should get priority service over others. or at least dedicate an employee to addressing the line instead of everyone making online orders. other than that food is normally great.

I love theirs bowls but this is the 4th time I've ordered one of the bowl and asked for quacomole and it's not in my bowl and the portion sizes have been smaller

We went in on June 4th, 2025 and picked up our online order at roughly 3:05-3:10pm. I wanted to add photos so I could show the quality of our food. It was absolutely delicious, the staff was very helpful, and my daughter was completely impressed. Whoever made our food definitely deserves a raise, and I will be sharing my delight with everyone I know. Now I know why she is always begging me for Qdoba lol. (Our order was 2 burritos, a bowl and queso & chips. We also added a glass bottomed Coke and a large drink at pickup. Thank you again.
