This particular location ran by a bunch of poorly managed younger kids is the worst from about 6pm on. The mess, the attitudes, the always out of items that they’re not actually out of but choose not to make happens all, the, time!! This location used to be great, what happened!? There is one younger blonde girl that you swear she was the Manager because she actually does a decent job. Kim is the General Manager and I hope she talks to her night shift crew. Get it together Grand Blanc Qdoba!!

Need to start changing your gloves. Going from the register to making food with the same gloves is totally not acceptable. The young man that was working gloves looked as if he has had them on for quite sometime while doing numerous tasks with the same pair of gloves. Cross contamination.The store was clean unlike it was on my last visit. Unfortunately I walked out, without purchasing anything both times.

Ordered a takeout order on the app. Ordered 3 items, my husband went and picked it up, and when he came home and we opened the bag discovered 1 item was missing. Called to ask them if they could make it and he would come back up and get it and the gentleman on the phone sounded quite doubtful that I was telling the truth. He said basically we’d have to bring the slip back because they can’t make an order unless “it pops up on the screen.” Sent my husband back with the slip and at least 3 times he heard the employees say “he claims he didn’t get it.” I guess it was our fault for not checking the bag before he left. The employees were absolutely suspicious and rude toward both of us. Maybe you should check your cameras because I guarantee that item was not made or not placed in the to go area. I will not rush to go back there again.

Trash as usual I don't know why I gave them another chance, how do I get 4-5 bites of meat in a whole burrito. Gave 8 months from last time I ordered like maybe they got better management, nope. I'll just get Qdoba when I'm not around this area it's usually good.

The food is good, but they are pretty stingy on how much they give you. What puts a cherry on top is this lady in high bun and tattoo on her neck has the worst attitude.....she was very rude and always looks like she hates her job..very argumentative trying to pick a fight with customers over very little things. It's very unpleasant being served by her and see how she treats other customers in line.. It's not a great look if you guys are trying to keep returning customers and wanting more new customers.

Update: Some friends wanted to meet and with allergies, this was the agreed upon place. We dined-in (first time doing so) and although the line took awhile (they said they were busier than usual at that time), the workers were friendly enough and the portion was much better than last time. The flavors of the bowl were a little bland but the chips and queso were delicious, as always. The dining area has recently been redone and the seating was nice. Much better experience than last time.We’ve been to this location several times and aside from the wait time to pick up an online order have been satisfied. But our experience this past weekend was poor. I got home to find that my “salad” bowl had only a few pieces of lettuce. I called to ask why and was put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up, called back and was told “We’ve been really busy. You can come back and get a side of lettuce,” which wouldn’t have even been worth my gas. The portions this visit were disappointingly small. Based on this experience, we wouldn’t recommend this location. (This is a photo of my “salad” before taking a bite.)

The food is pretty good overall. The black beans don’t have much flavor, the meats and salsas do though. It was pretty fast and the workers were decent enough. The burritos are not very big(see pictures). Two burritos, medium chips/salsa came to 29$ before a 2$ tip. So 31$ to not fill up two people is subpar. I might go back at some point.
Qdoba is very good, it’s not inexpensive but the portions are huge.

The online ordering is a joke. I always have to wait so long for my order so most of the time I won’t even go here. You might be okay if you just go in and order but we waited 50 minutes past our pickup time to receive our order. There was only one person making the food and a line of people waiting on their orders.This is not the first time this has happened so it’s not a fluke, there is a real flaw at this location.

Filthy. Every time I go it’s absolutely disgusting in there. Last week went in and there was food everywhere. Watching the people shovel food on the ground instead of picking up. Couldn’t eat it and left without buying.
