POLICY CHANGE AT SAMS CLUB REGARDING HANDICAP ELECTRIC CARTS. THEY CAN NO LONGER LEAVE THE BUILDING. I guess they expect you to crawl into the store or bring your wheelchair. NICE! Whoever made or changed this policy needs to be crippled so he/she can experience what this is like to not be able to walk or get around very easily.
Spent over an hr at the Grand Blanc Sams Club.. loaded 2 shopping carts only to realize at time of check out, that out of over 10 lanes.. only 3 were open� it's was so crammed, backed up that we couldn't even get to a line to stand in..Ended up walking both carts to customer service and leaving the carts with one of the workers. When I told her why... She just replied "Oh... Yeah... Ok" #pleaseopenacoscoingrandblanc

I have been members of both Sam's Club and Costco but this is right by my house and we do t have a Costco close. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I like several of their products and we do save money shopping here. I just wish this location had a gas station. If they did then it would be perfect.
