The best part of waking up is... not having to make my own coffee.

I'm not saying that I have proof that this Starbucks is magical per se... but I walked in on a Thursday morning looking like I lost a fight with my alarm clock, and walked out the door as an energetic, emotionally stable and more optimistic about life. Coincidence? I think not.

The baristas all deserve a raise, a group hug, and possibly their own Netflix special. They manage to make an Americano taste like it was handcrafted by a coffee angel.

The drive-thru? Efficient like a Nascar pit stop. Inside? Clean and cozy, and just the right amount of background music to wake me up inside like that Evanescence song. This place makes me feel like I'm getting my life together. Again, magical? Hard to say, maybe.

Honestly, if I could give this place six stars, I would do it, and toss in an extra star just because the Egg, Pesto and Mozzarella is that good.

Do yourself a favor - skip your kitchen and let these heroes in green aprons make you feel life again and turn your morning around, by way of delightful coffee.

As I have been drinking Starbucks for over a decade, and have ordered cold foam drinks for well over 5 years now, and in the entirety of the many years of consuming their wonderful products, Hill road, Center road, as well as the Miller road in the greater Flint area, including in the States of Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Wisconsin. Starbucks throughout Michigan including Grand Rapids, Saginaw, Birch Run, and Fenton areas, I have always been able to order my cold foam drink with my cold foam on the side as I do not want the cold foam to settle in my drink before I get home and have the luxury of being able to proportion to my needs. But apparently the drive-thru order taker at this Grand Blanc location is the beholder of company policy of that is against company policy, considering I can order it this way through the app online, maybe having a conversation as to how this employee speaks with the customer and how to better delegate the situation. Terrible for the employee to be able to take a tone with a customer in such an appalling way. As they also messed up my regular drink and the egg bites were served cold as if never heated is a travesty. Do better, Be better! As always, thank you for your continuous support.

My wife and I visit this location every time we have to make our 300 mile round-trip drive to see my neurologist every month or two, even though it’s out of our way heading back home just because it’s a cozy little coffee shop with the friendliest staff and always fast service. Even though they a constant stream of customers, even in the late evening when we stop in, they always make you feel welcomed and & valued. Not once have they made an order incorrectly or failed to make us feel like we were the only customers there. For that kind of service I never have a problem with the high prices. I’m always glad that they are writing on the cups again. It was always a nice touch. And I’m glad that the chain is streamlining their menu as there was always too much and it was cluttered. Like my wife and I who always purchase a Flat White, I believe the majority of customers already have a coffee drink that they normally purchase anyway. Just an excellent location overall and I would highly recommend this location that you take the little drive there if you have the opportunity.

Parking: Parking is tight in the area right around the shop but if you don’t mind a few extra steps I would recommend parking away from the shop a little.

Kid-friendliness: I have not seen a lot of kids in the store but I did see a barista give a couple of children a cake pop, with their parents permission, on-the-house which was very nice. It reminded me of the old days when the market owner would give a kid a piece of candy just because.

This starbucks is trash. Slow, drive thru is terrible, and they are ALWAYS out of everything. also been here 5 times and they have not once had lemon loaf cake.

Went through the drive through with my wife 2/1/25, ordered an Americano with an extra shot of espresso, and a regular coffee with 2 cream 2 sugar. The Americano did not have an extra shot, and the regular coffee didn't even have cream OR sugar. I even asked the barista to verify the drink. Some pretty lazy idiots work here, and we will not be returning.

I go here everyday on my 15 minute breaks or before clocking in work today I went in because they said my order was ready I waited 10 minutes before walking over and when I got there I waited another 5 before I asked how long would it be because I had to be back on the clock the worker got rude and screamed at me so I started recording and asked to speak to a manager the manager ignored me and proceeded to throw my food and a few others on the table and walked away so I stayed and asked to speak to her again she proceeded to scream when she found out I was recording she thought an apology was ok … won’t spend my money here again very unprofessional!! And will be sending video to cooperate after calling !

Whenever I order a drink from here the espresso tastes bitter/burnt. No matter if the drink is $4 or $9. Everyone I have talked to about this new starbucks says the drinks are gross.

I’m not the type of person to leave a review, but the service I just experienced (December 30, 2024 @12:45pm from Heather) was just very unprofessional and downright rude. I’m not trying to get anyone fired by any means, but there is just a way to conduct yourself in customer service that was not shown in this interaction. Maybe some training on how to treat other people would be helpful. Really dampened the mood on an extremely special day.
