Good food but expensive
The Grand Blanc on Saginaw is SOOOO slow, I have waited over 20 minutes and once you are committed to the drive thru you don't have a choice to leave...

I stopped to get a sandwich and some coffee a couple of days ago. The place was fairly busy with people sitting inside and a full drive thru. I browsed through the cold case for a sandwich to pick one out. As I was picking out a sandwich, I noticed that their food display case was full of fruit flies. I estimate at least 10-15 buzzing around, some were full grown. I had to wait to speak with the staff. I inquired whether the food was made in the store. The young lady apologize for the wait stating they were short staff. She confirmed the food was made in house. I was disgusted. If the display case was full of fully grown fruit flies, I can't imagine what the back kitchen looks like. I did not order any food and walked out disgusted.

They need to install a bug lamp/light or something. Badly. Tons of little flies and gnats all over the place. But the nasty part was when I went to grab my breakfast sandwich off the counter, about 5 flies flew out of the bag 🤢. I promptly threw it in the trash and left.
I hate Starbucks system for filling orders! If I'm there, in person, fill my order. Don't put me in a que with app orders.

My sister and I were excited for a fun morning Starbucks run, but unfortunately, the experience left us feeling disappointed.
When I asked for a cotton candy frappuccino — a drink that’s been trending on TikTok — the barista responded harshly, saying “I don’t know what that is,” in a frustrated tone. I politely followed up with, “Okay, can you do a vanilla bean frappuccino with raspberry syrup?” to which she rolled her eyes and said, “Yeah, we can do that,” in a dismissive manner.
My sister then asked, very kindly, if she could have a brown sugar shaken espresso made decaf. As I began to clarify her order, the barista abruptly interrupted me mid-sentence and loudly said, “WE can make any espresso drink decaf,” with clear irritation.
We were beyond polite throughout the interaction — we always treat food service workers with appreciation and kindness. Unfortunately, the employee’s rude and aggressive tone took the joy out of what was meant to be a lighthearted stop.
She had dirty blonde short hair in a pony tail and wore round black glasses. We hope Starbucks will consider hiring team members who reflect the brand’s welcoming atmosphere. This interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant and genuinely put a damper on our morning.

This is a new location and its pretty obvious. Mainly because its brand new. The staff are very slow indeed, expect a 8-10 minute wait with no urgency at all. Its dirty too, every outdoor table was dirty as were a few indoor ones with food debris. Theyll work out the kinks im sure

I took my service dog to Starbucks during the week of May 5, 2025. I don't remember the day. But the last time I visited this place with her, they didn't say anything. I set my laptop on the table, bought a drink for myself, and got my dog a pup cup. She literally told us that we couldn't sit in the lobby after we had our drinks. She said we could sit outside when I told her I had documentation she was a service animal. I didn't want to use my laptop outside because I was attempting to get away from home and study for my 40-hour RBT. Too many distractions outdoors.
Going to Starbucks and getting my fur baby a puppy was all I wanted to do since she deserved it for handling her surgery so bravely last month and was finally able to go places again. This saddened me a lot because she's a calm and loving dog. It set me off since I've never experienced a problem in California and relocating to Michigan is already difficult. There don't seem to be many dog-friendly establishments here, in all honesty. I'm not sure I'll ever go to Starbucks again, but I don't want to deny my pet the experience since she only gets to go a few times a year.
This may seem strange, but it could be because of their displeasure with her post-operative appearance. Perhaps they had different ideas because one side is shaved. I say so because, up until that day, I had no problems there. We sat inside once or twice prior. Who knows what their actual problem was. At some point, I want to get in touch with corporate. All I want to do is let them know. I don’t want anything for free, no vouchers or anything. I feel like corporate should be aware of this situation.

Staff is super friendly. Food is fresh.Coffee is brewed perfectly. 6 servers just handled approximately 10
0 in store orders. And as many drive thru orders in a half hour. A Starbucks machine. Shout out to the manager and staff. Well Done!!!

Was dog sitting for my brother and stopped here every morning while I was in town. I used the drive through every time. Always felt like the customer service was great, line moved fast, order was accurate every time, and drinks and food were good.

The best part of waking up is... not having to make my own coffee.
I'm not saying that I have proof that this Starbucks is magical per se... but I walked in on a Thursday morning looking like I lost a fight with my alarm clock, and walked out the door as an energetic, emotionally stable and more optimistic about life. Coincidence? I think not.
The baristas all deserve a raise, a group hug, and possibly their own Netflix special. They manage to make an Americano taste like it was handcrafted by a coffee angel.
The drive-thru? Efficient like a Nascar pit stop. Inside? Clean and cozy, and just the right amount of background music to wake me up inside like that Evanescence song. This place makes me feel like I'm getting my life together. Again, magical? Hard to say, maybe.
Honestly, if I could give this place six stars, I would do it, and toss in an extra star just because the Egg, Pesto and Mozzarella is that good.
Do yourself a favor - skip your kitchen and let these heroes in green aprons make you feel life again and turn your morning around, by way of delightful coffee.
