Today was my second day going to this Starbucks and I can't say enough how great the experience was today and the last time. Staff was extremely friendly. The seating area was super clean. This will be my go-to S'bucks when I'm up in Flint!

This is probably a wider problem but I got the lavender oat milk latte and it was absolutely terrible. There was a thick purple sludge on the bottom of the cup that no amount of mixing seemed to help and it tasted like plain coffee w/oat milk (probably from the undissolved additive on the bottom?) Yuck

12/29/24: Great place over past dozen trips consecutively for 2024. Picked two new cups today with 50% and used 800 stars quick and easy.

Just came to pick my customers order up and the manager was rude to me because the previous dasher stole the order. Just wow at how rude she treated me.over something not in my.control. if you were mad at doirfash I understand but treating me rude was disrespectful I was just doing my job Lady. Get a better grip of your attitude and anger
I asked for light ice in my drink and got MORE THAN half a cup of ice 😡
