Just came to pick my customers order up and the manager was rude to me because the previous dasher stole the order. Just wow at how rude she treated me.over something not in my.control. if you were mad at doirfash I understand but treating me rude was disrespectful I was just doing my job Lady. Get a better grip of your attitude and anger

I go to this location quite a few mornings a week, on my way to work. Every single time I am there I am greeted with a smile and incredible kindness and my order is always correct. Some days I am surprised by a nice "have a great day ❤️" written on my cup. That may not mean much to most people but when I have many hours of work in front if me, taking the time to write that makes my day.

I’m not a frequent Starbucks goer or any coffee shop really, but I was in the area and I needed a caffeine boost and also wanted something sweet but cold since it was a hot summer day, so I went through their drive-thru and ordered an iced caramel macchiato. Service was good and pretty fast. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I was a bit thrown back though when they handed me the device through the window to pick if I wanted to pay a tip and for how much. I think it’s crazy to even ask for a tip especially from a drive-thru window! You are not entitled or deserve a tip just because you showed up to your job like you were supposed to in the first place. Yes the drink was good and so was the service, as I would expect it to be, but that alone doesn’t render a tip. I believe the whole tipping culture has gotten out of control lately and more and more people are feeling entitled to tips just for showing up and doing the bare minimum. The only time tips may be deserved, but not guaranteed, is when you provide a customer with a service that you give your undivided attention to but also go a bit above and beyond what is required and you make the customer feel warm and happy and taken care of, a good attitude is extremely important. Any job that most of your pay is from tips can be very exhausting and stressful and just isn’t for everyone, so don’t be taking any job thinking you’re going to make a bunch of money off of tips and only do the bare minimum. Anyways, enough of me ranting about tips, and back to the Starbucks review. I was satisfied with my drink and experience and was enough for me to be a returning customer in the future. I’m sure everyone has already heard or knows that Starbucks is a bit pricey, but I guess the quality makes up for it. I think it’s too expensive to make it a daily thing, but I don’t mind paying for it every once in a while though, especially when I know I should be getting a higher quality drink compared to other coffee shops.

Parking: This parking lot is still pretty new so it is very modern and up to date and in great condition. I’ve never seen the parking lot very full, but any time I’m around that location is in the afternoon or evening so I don’t know if that time has much to do with it.

Kid-friendliness: A bit too expensive to be getting a kid anything nor should a kid be going to a Starbucks anyways. Don’t let your kid start their coffee/caffeine addiction start too early, especially with an expensive high end coffee shop like Starbucks.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is absolutely wheelchair accessible.

Bought 4 coffee messed up gave us wrong order and payed for extra carmel in iced coffee and didn't get extra carmel so messed up on 2 drinks n went bk and they fixed 1 drink. Will never be back.
