Kiley took care of us and did a great job!!! Sandwiches are always made perfect, location is very clean and they always keep up on their bathroom which I love… expecially when you wanna wash your hands before you eat. Keep up the great work

I usally cook at home with my wife but we always get coupons to use For here ! Every time i walk in its very clean , food & vegetables are always fresh !all the workers are very nice! I normally always go at night theres this young man who I believe is a closer he is the most respectful & well mannered young man I’ve ever met for his age highly recommended this subway 10/10 every time i go

It was our first time at this Subway and we were so impressed with the restaurant. It was very clean and very updated inside the location. The worker at the counter was so nice and helpful. He treated us very kindly and made small talk while making our sandwiches. He made our food quickly and made sure they were toasted the way we wanted them. We will definitely be returning in the near future and suggest you do too!!

Ang, Tasia, and Madison are the BEST sandwich artists to date! Not sure how much i could say about the manager of the month (because it seems to rotate a lot) she can be brash and unfriendly, and the way she speaks to her team of hardworking women needs lots of work! If she wants to keep a good crew and staff and customers $$$ id have her take a few hospitality classes of a sort. Other than that, Tasia works her butt off every morning she opens to make sure everything runs smoothly. She can't be the only one to run the restaurant shes only human! Instead of taking the day off for an ex boyfriend, try sticking around to help out the employees who pick up others slack all the time! Manager is lucky to have such wonderful girls to be the face of the establishment, much better than a meam mug, an attitude, and abrasive personality. If the attitudes are ugly, it makes the food taste bitter! Just my insight.

Cc and maddy are awesome!!! Thank you so much for keeping it clean and FRESH! I was just at Walmart subway and was absolutely disgusted!!!! I left half way thru making my sandwich. Came here and the dinning area was clean it smelled clean! Go over to the vegetables and they are not just thrown everywhere! The containers are not freezing the vegetables.
Super happy! I told them how appreciative I was to have “clean” food served to me! It’s a relief that some people do still care about what others eat!!! Thank you ladies!
I go to many subway stores in many locations and most of them are friendly and make me feel welcome! The one on Holly Road in Grand Blanc is the exception. The people that serve you give off the vibe that they would like to be anywhere but doing their job in this Subway.

Very horrible experience at this location. The manager is very rude and talks to her employees very unprofessional like as I ate my meal in the lobby I could hear the manager and other employees talking very loudly about weed while they was in the back room thinking no one could hear them but me and 2 other customers heard them very well

One hair is bad enough, but I nearly threw up. I had 4 separate bites of individual long blonde hairs in a 6" sub. INDIVIDUAL hairs. I threw it out!
Manager/Owner- You need to pay attention to your low customer ratings! I didn't find one response from either of you. That speaks volumes!

Overall , terrible experience, the 1 person working looking to be very high and deffently cared more for the ladies walking by then the customer. The equipment was filthy and the chil rack out front was so crummy I could see mold and hair . I thought about leaving but after waith 15 mins I needed sum reprieve.

Subway is not my first choice for sandwiches anymore but my coworkers wanted it for lunch so that’s what we did. I do not recommend tuna on flatbread and that’s totally my fault lol. Great service from the ladies here at this location and super clean establishment.

I frequent this location and im not normally one to leave a bad review. However, the experience I had tonight with Todd prompted me to do so. I placed an order and arrived at the store 20 minutes later in hopes that the order went through as the app did not confirm that it did. I waited patiently while he was helping another guest and then asked if my order had gone through. He rudely threw his hands up and sighed "yeah it's here but have a seat because it's going to be a while" while he helped the gentleman that came in behind me. They looked to be somewhat busy with online orders and he was 1 of 2 people in the store but if you dislike the job that much, please don't work in customer service.PS kudos to the 2nd employee, a young lady who despite the busyness was friendly and communicated effectively
Don't order from this location using the Subway app or expect to call them to deal with order issues. Nobody answers the phone. If there is something wrong with your order, you'll have to drive there to resolve it and when you do, they are extremely rude! I won't be visiting this location again. Horrible customer service. ** Update - After 20 minutes of calling, the "manager" answered and stated they were too busy taking care of customers in the restaurant to take calls and that any issues with delivery, even though I ordered through the Subway app, had to be dealt with through door dash. She said that once an order is placed and paid for, there is not refund or way to fix it. She stated that I had to deal with Door Dash even thought I didn't order directly through DoorDash. It is supposed to be the resturants issue if you are using their app and Door Dashes issue if you order throgh the Doordash app. I experieced each senerio and know that is how it works. With each senerio, I have been reimbursed by either the restaurant or door dash, depending on how I ordered. The "manager" was exteremly rude and inconciderate and acted as if my order didn't matter and that people in the restaurant were priorty over delivery even thought Subway offers delivery throught their app. Another Grand Blanc business with rude customer service that I will be removing from my list of places I visit.
