The older ladies working there were rude, told me l can’t make any adjustments to my sandwich l had to eat what comes on the sandwich as advertised. Then when we got to the lettuce she was insistent on using this old brown lettuce and l told her l would prefer the more green looking lettuce that she had on display. That turned into a whole thing then she started slamming the lids to the containers as I’m instructing her on how to build my sandwich. The good was decent (aside from the browned lettuce they tried serving) but the service was tremendously trash! I hate rude ppl and this lady and her coo worker were the epitome!

Came in the other day and I will absolutely not be coming back! Tiffany was so rude with horrible customer service skills. She kept complaining that she’s the only one working and she needed to slice all the meats. After waiting a few minutes we got a sigh and a what can I get for you in the tone that she was annoyed that she had to make 2 sandwiches. The guy behind me had a slight accent. I could understand him clearly but she kept saying WHAT WHAT to like everything. Also, I have a pretty basic sandwich and her demeanor was horrible. When she put the lettuce on I could tell it was old and browning I didn’t want to provoke her more by asking for fresh lettuce, as a customer I shouldn’t feel like that. Horrible attitude! Slamming the sandwich papers and her tone was horrible! I have worked in customer service for years and if that was my worker I would fire her without a second thought! I did see a different review of another person complaining about her unfortunately she’s the GM. Never coming back here

I have came to the location located in the Walmart in Grand Blanc on multiple occasions and made contact with the GM Tiffany. Today was absurd! She was rude to every customer, slamming sandwiches around, everyone was uncomfortable. She kept complaining she was the only one working. This is the s ene every time I have encountered Tiffany. I finally asked her to please take a breath and she snapped. Yelling at me, telling me to leave, refusing to give any store number or anything. Stated she didn't know what it was. Would not allow her coworker (whom just clocked in) to talk to me. That poor girl was scared to death. I had planned on dining in but due to the completely hostile environment i left there shaking. I cannot began to express how upset I was that this women continues to act this way. The last time I was in two girls had ordered (and made) 2 footloose and ended up walking out because she was so rude. When I dared to tell her I would complain she laughed at me and told me she was the GM so go ahead.

I just paid 37 dollars for two footlong meals. Just to have more bread than filling, and a sliver of roast beef. This is absolutely insane. Normally, I can't finish a whole sun and have half leftover for later. However I ate the whole sandwich and am still hungry. I have more tomatoes on my sandwich than anything else. This just baffles me. You are better off going to Chili's or applebees, don't waste your money here, go get yourself a full meal!

There's and older, bigger lady (found out her name, it's Tiffany and apparently the manager which is HILARIOUS) that works there who CONSTANTLY complains the entire time she's working, every time she's there. I refuse to go in there when she's working because last time she left me standing there waiting to pay for my sub for about 10 minutes after it was finished. The lady after me even asked me "do you think she thinks we're together?" And then proceeded to tell the lady that we were not together and I expressed I would like to pay for my food so I can not waste anymore of my lunch time waiting to cash out. The obnoxious complaining worker said "I know, I don't want to take my gloves off and have to switch" as she continued to make 2 other people's orders before cashing me out. Pretty sure subway wants you to complete one order, and cash the person out before moving onto the next. Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a subway.

Connor was running around like a chicken with his head cut off, but this was one of the best subs I have had in a long time. Thank you very much and please hire some support staff to assist him
