I am usually quite pleased with this location, but this is a major disappointment. Barely any meat on one side only . I understand the advertising photos are never to be expected in reality but, this is beyond ridiculous.

The lettuce was brown and spinach was wilted. There was a female employee wearing glasses that shorted us on our meat, but thankfully the other lady stepped in and noticed and fixed it. They were also missing half of the veggies they have available.

I was over charged for a steak wrap asked for a refund, and the lady refused to give it to me, she said once the sandwich is made they don't give refunds? This is the worse subway in Genesee county. I will be contacting corporate.
I was in store 8/14/2022 at 330pm lady working was rude and disrespectful refused to make my sub. Almost caused me to get into an altercation with another customer cause she said I had to go to the back of the line. (I’m trying to spend money here) I will never go back and I hope you save your money and go somewhere else. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant!

Horrible Will not returnThe worker was seemed so highTook 20 minutes to make two sandwiches ND then the sign said sorry closed at 5 then wen back to talk to manager about my situation and nope at 2 pm was closed then seen the same girl opening the store all high will not be back

This is the second Friday we can into this Subway. Last Friday was at 6:50 pm she was very annoyed she was finishing a sub and had someone else waiting in line she said aloud “I am closing in ten minutes.” I thought it was rude since we were there before 7 but we left anyways. We went in there again tonight around 6:40 with no one in there and she had the same attitude. So we decided to not stay tonight either.
