Yesterday after my appointment I decided that I'd get food for myself, fiance, and my momma. Subway sounded good and we ordered and then we waited forever for it to be done. We than ate it and then we dropped my mom off at her house. I started to feel very sick to my stomach. I just figured it's because I didn't eat all day. Then this morning my mom sent me a picture of her other half of sub from her bacon on her sandwiche that was not even cook!!!!!!!! She told me last night she got sick too. I will never eat there again. It's very said that a subway IN the hospital isn't cooking the food right or even cooking it.

Unbelievable. I can’t believe this location is still open. I worked at biggby next door two years ago and they always had their doordash/online order notification sound going off the ENTIRE shift, as in they never received or confirmed the order. I come in today because my husband is in the ER and they have 4-5 girls that ran to the back when they saw us coming and then we waited for about 3 minutes before one came out and said she would be right with us. 3 girls come out, one has her phone in her hand and on the make line with no gloves, the other 2 we’re grabbing their phones so they could go back to the back. The girl that was taking our order had her hair barely up (strands falling out everywhere and no hate) and asked us repeatingly what we were getting after we just told her. Why are you guys open if you truly don’t care? Also why have those girls working when they CLEARLY are milking this job and stealing ur money

Terrible customer service. NO staff at the counter, visible, alert or accessible. I had to call the phone to get a response. Staff member finally emerged from back of store, didn't acknowledge me or ask "what would you like" NOTHING ! I had to initiate the order. She simply didn't want to be bothered, in fact I would bet she was sleeping as she came out rubbing her face. Absolutely terrible service, ESPECIALLY at a Hospital food court. I'm a medical staff member here and will be sure to patronize the other restaurants before going back to this Subway franchise sadly. Subway....you can do better.

This place is NEVER open. They have all the lights on. Mid afternoon or early evening and no one to be found. Supposed to be open til 10pm. Employees when they are there are rude and seem bothered to make a sandwich.

Never know if they are open or not. Hours change all the time (They close at 7pm now when the majority of Subways close at 10pm?) Is it possible to scrap this Subway and put in something better and more reliable with there hours.
